Hey everyone! Thought I'd share my progress with Malehanger here as well as on PEGYM. I've been into PE for about 8 months now. Started messing around with stretching first. Decided that too much effort. Found out about the "BIB" hangers, then Malehanger. I'm cheap, so with Malehanger costing about half what "BIB"S cheapest hanger costs, it was a very easy decision for me. Not to mention the very detailed how-to guide for Malehanger with pictures and videos. I don't think BIB has that. Didn't come with wrapping material, but that stuff's cheap no big deal. Been hanging with it for about 3 months so far and I'm already up about 1/4" in length!
I started at 5" erect with the ruler just resting on the skin over my penis. My girth is 5" at mid shaft.
I hang twice a day Monday through Sunday. Twenty minutes in the morning and twenty minutes in the evening. Currently working with 12.5lbs.
My boyfriend and I are both excited. Not sure if hes going to join me in this adventure yet. I think he's waiting to see how I do.

I'll do my best to update this daily!
 
Currently hanging with 13.5lbs. I do one set of 20 minutes in the morning and twenty minutes in the evening.
 
Another good alternative to the Bib is the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] as it is a hanger while also 2 other tools (PowerAssist and Bundle Chamber). Out of all the hangers out there I believe ours to be the best choice due to the flexibility of exercise and range of use.

Tried 15lbs using Dave's technique as shown in the Malehanger how-to guide and managed 5 minutes with it during my second set.

Yes "20"=20 minutes.
 
Decided to start my first set with 15lbs and surprised myself being able to finish the entire 20 minutes! Was too achy this afternoon to repeat, so it was back down to 13.5lbs.

Tried 15lbs this morning on a whim and I made it through the entire 20 minutes!
 
Last night I was able to do 15lbs for a full 20 minutes. This morning I tried that again but had to drop to 14lbs. Amazing what difference one pound can make.

One pound is quite a bit of weight when you consider it is you penis it is stretching. I am happy you are progressing so well Ron.

awesome!!! avoiding injury is key. smart move to not be afraid to take it back. you'll deff be adding that pound back comfortably in the future though.

I am talking about total for hanging. not just your daily posts. All you have above is your sets. So 6 months from now you can quickly look back and see how many TOTAL HOURS you hung for. Maybe it'll be 100+ hours or something. It'd be beneficial to keep track of your totals.

It's not beneficial w/o factoring in weight+gains. Much different than total extending hours where you're only off of factors by 1 or so lbs.


Anyways. He's hung for 3 months it seems prior to the OP which = 61 hours (92 days x 40min a day)
and then thread start and now = which is around 76 hours total. (isn't much time, but you're getting the job done it seems OP)

It is beneficial no matter what. Especially if he already wasn't tracking totals because any tracking is good tracking. of course tracking weight increases is beneficial as well but that is easier for readers to follow just by seeing what weight he hung that day when he posted it and quickly looking back through the thread to see what weight he hung before if they are interested in finding out previous weights. To look back and add up total time is just not something anyone is going to do.

137 hours hanging....and then add to that each day.

of course gayron may not care about adding totals at all to his progress thread.

It's great to come to a progress thread and see as much detail as possible of course but we all know we are just fitting things in as we can.

I am thinking that if you stress your penis in one position for a while, as you have SD, that when you go into another dedicated position you may see gains even faster. Never thought on training this way but it seems logical.

I don't think anyone hangs longer than 20 minutes especially as they continue to increase the weight. i know when i have ever accidentally my cock will start to go a bit numb. I have only ever read guys hanging for 20 mins. I would hang longer when i was doing light weight when i first started

Right, most hanging sets, if using heavy weight, are done for 20 minutes per set. Usually multiple sets are done to achieve length gains quicker.
