Warm up 5 minutes.
Length 25 minutes: Stretching 2 sets of all direction stretches including behind the cheeks. After every 3 stretches 10 rotary stretches
Girth 13 minutes: 5 30 sec ULIs, with light 5 sec jelqs between them.
Edging 15 minutes
Warm down 5 minutes

Extra: manual scrotum stretching with testicle health massage 3-5 minutes
Observations: - yesterday i was with my girl, after sex i felt my flaccid was quite tense so while we were naked folding I did a few JAI stretches when she was not looking:)).
Training frequency 2 on (su-mo) - 1 off (tu) - 2 on (we-th) - 2 off (fr-sa)

Observations: - today great morning wood and hornyness, edged without letting go:)
Training frequency 2 on (su-mo) - 1 off (tu) - 2 on (we-th) - 2 off (fr-sa)
 
Taking a week OFF, first time after 7 months of continuous training. In 3 days into my break my EQ went up also my flaccid is bigger, looks like my penis will thank me the1 week off. It is hard for me to stay away from Penis Enlargement, i feel the urge to train. Also read that Big Al recommends 1 week breaks after 5-7 weeks of training to heal completely the cumulative effects of Penis Enlargement and to increase the sensitivity to exercises. Any thoughts on this one?

Some guys relate that after long periods of gaining and then plateau it is important to take time off to start gaining again...I guess you will fin out:)
 
Nah back to business:D. Yesterday and today did a lighter routine 10 minutes stretching 15 minutes jelquing (3-4 sec strokes) and 20 minutes edging with kegels. To 22.01.2010 i will be doing this light routine, see if i can grow from it, if not, then i will be stepping up the intensity. Truth is that i never did a light routine, when i was starting my pe journey i already did a 45 min routine and this without edging. I have seen members gain from 15-20 min of Penis Enlargement an only basic exercises (is that gain due to better EQ? or you can gain from that little)
 
What do you think DLD, about those light basic routines? Is it a waste of time and i should continue with my latest routine and include some blasters? Note Today is OFF
