Length (night) 20 minutes: basic all direction stretching under the shower, then 15 A stretches
Girth (night) 15 minutes: 8 30 sec ULIs, with 15 3-5 sec jelqs between them
Warm down 5 minutes

Extra: manual scrotum stretching with testicle health massage 5 minutes + beginner PC muscle workout
Observations: - did the whole routine in 40-45 minutes at night, and got some pretty bad turtling and tense flaccid
Training frequency 2 on (su-mo) - 1 off (tu) - 2 on (we-th) - 2 off (fr-sa)

How big are you? Body wise? You look huge.
 
In my eyes i am not so huge, my friends always say how big i am: 190 cm height, 99 kg weight, and have some muscles, so versus a normal sized man i am quite big:)

Observations: - did a little test wrapped some material around my dick when going to bed, to see if i have erections in the night. I woke up at night, and already had a boner, witch ripped of the material wrapped around my dick, so test came up POSITIVE:D

Today I celebrate, i woke up with a morning wood, i haven't had it for almost 2 - 3 months, just morning plumpness. :D:D All i did i was using less force in my routine:D.
