I first found about PE back in April 2015 and i was intrigued. I was on and off for about a half of a month then i stopped for about 2 months. Then near the middle of july I started back up again with the newbie stretching section for about a month then i broke my ankle. My broken ankle has slowed me down quite a bit but I've tried to do as much as i could for the duration. its almost healed now so i am trying to get back into the swing of things! I am trying to gain about a .5 inch to about an inch in length within the next 4-6 months. i am not so much looking for girth but it would be nice to gain about .25-.5 in girth. I am going to try to start eating healthier and start working out so that i can lose some belly fat as well. What I'm trying to get at is if someone could help me find a routine that would best suite my situation. I am not looking into getting equipment just yet but i may get a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] if i see some decent initial gains! Thanks DLD for taking the time out of your day to respond to my thread it means a lot! i also forgot to mention in my thread that along with the newbie stretching section i am also doing sets of A stretches and a few sets of lighter (not too light) mandingo stretches, just until i am more comfortable doing them at full power! i have also just started to do 100-200 jelqs daily because i came to the realization that girth is just as important and length aha (may also add in some more exercises with time). do you believe that this routine will get me my goals, maybe even a bit more? also i just changed my goals for nbpel from .75 to 7.75 because i noticed that i made a typo when i posted it and it shows that my thread has dissapeared lol but I'm sure it will come up sooner or later lol. and i would just like to say thanks again for the advice!! much appreciated!!

MORNING-
Hot shower to warm up
newbie stretching routine
4 sets left and right mandingo stretches (30 seconds each)

EVENING-
200-400 jelqs

as well as that i was just wondering when i should start seeing my first initial gain(s)? I am already noticing my penis becoming fuller and the veins on my penis becoming larger when erect. I'm not complaining that i haven't seen any gains yet because its only been about a week since I've started PE consistently again, i was just wondering when i should be seeing my first small gain.

So you are seeing the first signs, harder erection, feels fuller, more vascular, hair creepy up shaft, etc. These all happen in the beginning and you will most likely make a quick length gain too (check your Flaccid-Stretched Bone-Pressed measurement, this is where gains show up first). Keep at it and increase and evolve as time goes on. I will check in daily on your progress.
 
You definitely should try out kegels. They're kind of a staple everyone should master because you can literally get to the point of being able to stop an orgasm in it's tracks, or even get to the point where multiple orgasms are doable. They also seem to help gains or even create some gains on their own by boosting your erection quality. They'll also help with maintaining the erection strength you want to be at with jelqing. Tons of reasons to do them and no real reasons not to.

Hey DLD thanks for checking out my thread daily for my progress and helping me throughout my journey! ill try to keep posting replies every few days to keep you posted. anyways so my FSBPL a few weeks back was about 7.5" exact, so i checked my FSBPL this morning to see if there were any results and it was just barely under 7.75"! i checked again after my length routine and it was just under 8"! Cant wait to see that 8" FSBPL before i do my routine cause then i know that the 8" BPEL is just around the corner! I have been trying to eat healthier and i started working out (still can't go for runs though because my ankle is still healing, but its almost fully healed!) so that i can get my fat pad smaller so that my NBPEL will look and be a lot bigger! Cant wait to see more results in weeks/ months to come!:)

It really all depends on what comes between then and now. Some folks get lucky and gain an inch in a matter of months. Others try way harder and get less. And every once in a while we see a monster gainer come through. It depends on your commitment almost as much as your approach. You may spend some time with a workout that doesn't get you anything, but at least you'll know it doesn't work.

Just power through the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and don't skip on the kegels. You might have to expand your goals to accommodate your success if you are fortunate.
 
todays workout was a bit shorter because of privacy. still did the bundled stretches in the shower and mandingo stretches towards the end of my routine but i only did 2 sets of stretches instead of 3 for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. i am going to wear the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] for a bit longer today to compensate for the stretches that were missed. i might try to get a short length session in again later on today if i have the time. looking forward to more gains!!
 
I took a different approved to todays and yesterdays session. I did 3 sets of 30 second bundled stretches left and right, 1 set of each [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] stretch for 45 seconds each, then 1 set of 30 second mandingo stretches left and right. After i did that i went in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] for 45 minutes and then repeated the whole process to more times (3 sets of everything in all). I read in a thread the other day that spreading everything out is better then doing everything in 1 session. I am going to try this new routine for the next week and see if i like it or not. I am not going to measure again until November 1st. I am hoping to see my BPEL be at least 7.5 or 7.6 (+.2 / +.3). Hoping to get to 7.75 BPEL and hopefully lose a quarter inch on NPBEL and that along with my length gains i am hoping to see a solid 7.25 NBPEL. Wish me luck!!

If you are already making this measurement in flaccid stretch, bone-pressed then you are close to cementing it. I would continue your efforts until you reach 8.5" FSBP, at that point the 8" should be cemented and permanent.

Its better because you don't get tired as easily. Also its a good idea to hit the penis as often as possible to take advantage of the micro-tears you had done previously. For example I did a follow-up session today, and I could tell I expanded just that little bit more :blush:

in the last 2 weeks i have only taken 2 days off and it was only because i was too busy those days. I have been doing the bundled stretches in the shower and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] stretching section and few sets of mandingo stretches every day as my routine but the other day i started incorporating foot long stretches into my routine and boy are they powerful!!! i can just feel the gains coming whenever i do them:) I somehow managed to misplace my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] about a week ago so i have gone the last week without passive PE but i am going to get a new one as soon as i possibly can. I am not going to measure until either midway or the end of november as i want to see how much i gained in a longer period of time. there are new stretch marks on my dick and hair starting to go up the shaft which are both good signs of gains! I measured the other day just to see if i have gained, it was hard to tell but i believe i gained about .1 or .2!!! hoping to get a .5 gain by either end of december or end of january!!!:)

Sounds like some good shit. I have a few minor suggestions for adding on to your gains.

Definitely grab the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] so you can do up the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle Jim[/words] strap. Try doing a little stretching whenever you go to the bathroom. Nothing major, but it can help with keeping you elongated. The last thing I recommend is on those busy days you get, try to sneak in a little bit here and there. The way your routine sounds is really good, plenty of good exercises. If you can manage even 5 minutes 3 times a day that can help retain elongation. Basically turning a lost day into a maintenance day. Definitely gives more potential to gain.

Just some ideas you might want to use. Really does look like a solid routine to me though.

You should try getting in as many kegels as you can also. They weaken the pelvic muscles which can lead to greater gains by basically getting you to a state where you're kinda auto reverse kegeling. Ya if I were to guess I probably do close to about 1000 kegels a day aha. I do them before every session to weaken the pelvic floor muscles for a greater stretch. Before every little length session that I do when in the bathroom should I worry about warming up or no?

Warming up can definitely help. You want the thing as floppy as you can get it before you start. Masturbation works. So does a hot rag. I use a loose scrotum ring with a towel tucked under it and loosely wrap it around my wang. Keeps it warm and gelly all day and night. You could probably use it with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle Jim[/words]'s too. I call it the CRandtowel. Heat also helps the healing process.

The more of the finer details you incorporate, the better your chances are. Things like kegels, warm ups, bundling, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle Jim[/words]'s; they are stackable and really can make the difference on your measuring day.

Kegels I consider especially important. You are going to need a stronger pc muscle to support the extra mass you're trying to add. Without it your eq can suffer and your gains can relapse. That's my understanding anyway. It's definitely good you're doing them. I'd suggest doing them harder and more frequently as you get used to them. The harder you go with them the stronger it gets.

Think that's my whole tank for length knowledge. May the huge penis gods bless your growing dong. :)

Smart move. I have always, since the beginning, have done thousands of Kegels every day! This only makes the penis stronger with so much more endurance. Kegels, even though they are a hidden exercise, serve a huge purpose.
 
The last few days have been pretty good ones. Got some good stretch sessions in, lots of mini sessions throughout the day and plenty of kegels throughout the day. I decided to masturbate and I looked down and to my suprise my dick actually looked bigger! I didn't want to measure though as I didn't want to get discouraged if I didn't gain anything yet and also I'm waiting to measure at the end of November!!!

Erect Stretches do not need to occupy so much time. A 5-10 minute session will be just fine.

I used to struggle with that as well, but I persisted until I could control my ejaculation better. One day my body learned to separate pleasure from the objective, and all was well.

Try edging. Literally the practice of staying at the pique of arousal without without ejaculating. You want to make it for gains too try it with a ring. Seriously just a great way to train [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] without one. Pretty good girth gainer with one. It's like clamping, but nowhere near as dangerous. You can also do the stretching during this time, which is something I'm looking to incorporate in my own routine.

To make another point on the erect stretching that I am seeing throughout the forum; It is far better to do a 1 minute erect stretch at 100% erect than a multiple minute rep where your erection fades to a low point. If going for a set I suggest between 5 and 10 reps of 1 minute 100% erect stretch. It is so important to be erect when performing this exercise as that is the state in which the conversion of FS gains are made BP gains which ultimately brings us to NBP gains if a diet and exercise routine is followed.

To make another point on the erect stretching that I am seeing throughout the forum; It is far better to do a 1 minute erect stretch at 100% erect than a multiple minute rep where your erection fades to a low point. If going for a set I suggest between 5 and 10 reps of 1 minute 100% erect stretch. It is so important to be erect when performing this exercise as that is the state in which the conversion of FS gains are made BP gains which ultimately brings us to NBP gains if a diet and exercise routine is followed.

Ya like i started going to the gym, started eating a lot healthier, cut out all bad food and I'm starting to drink green tea which helps lose fat fast. Hoping to get my NBP up as well as that is the visual part of the penis, and it would be nice to have a visually longer penis lol

last couple have been alright, main sessions were about 15-20 minutes which arnt that long but i had about three 5 minutes mini sessions throughout each day to keep myself elongated. haven't been doing many kegels so i gotta get back on that asap lol. Found my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] in the wash, who knows how it got in there. It took quite a toll so i think i might need to get a new one. From now on I'm gonna put my all into every session that i have. Wish me luck!

The days are creeping up on the first measurement lol. Today i did some bundles in the shower, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] stretches, A stretches, little bit of mandingo stretches and stayed in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] for 4 hours with breaks every hour with 1 set of newbie stretches before putting the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] on again. I also did about 5 minutes of erect streching and didn't blow my load this time lol. Cant wait until the 30th!!

Sounds like you're still going at it pretty hard, which is really the best way to be sure you're going to gain. Just keep going at it like that and you'll make a dent in the ruler.

I just started working with erect stretches myself. They seem really promising. It might help you to use a ring to help retain your erection during your reps. I'm actually taking it a step farther and going with 10 30 second reps. Just so I'm as up as possible. Seems thicker and kinda rubbery after I finish. Definitely keep those going.

Still got a ways to go but i thought that i would post a pic. I took this the other day because i had fairly good EQ and was like hey what the hell so here it is! What are your thoughts??

Yo thanks templnite! And last time that I checked it was about 5" girth lol. Idk if I've gained anything in girth but I'll measure girth when I measure my length on November 31 and I'll let you know!!

The last 2 days i didn't really get much PE in. Saturday i had a short 10 minute session with no [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] wrap at all and yesterday i had no time to do any PE at all. Today i am going back on my normal routine and getting a few hours in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] in. I just measured my flaccid girth out of curiosity and to my surprise it was just over 4.5" which is weird because my erect girth at the beginning of my PE journey was about 5" and my flaccid girth at the beginning was about 4-4.25" so if my flaccid girth is .25-.5" bigger i wonder what my erect girth measurement will come up as on the 31st lol hopefully it will be bigger!
