I first found about PE back in April 2015 and i was intrigued. I was on and off for about a half of a month then i stopped for about 2 months. Then near the middle of july I started back up again with the newbie stretching section for about a month then i broke my ankle. My broken ankle has slowed me down quite a bit but I've tried to do as much as i could for the duration. its almost healed now so i am trying to get back into the swing of things! I am trying to gain about a .5 inch to about an inch in length within the next 4-6 months. i am not so much looking for girth but it would be nice to gain about .25-.5 in girth. I am going to try to start eating healthier and start working out so that i can lose some belly fat as well. What I'm trying to get at is if someone could help me find a routine that would best suite my situation. I am not looking into getting equipment just yet but i may get a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] if i see some decent initial gains! Any and all exercise suggestions are very much appreciated! Thanks!!
