Maybe I should start carrying a sock with me everywhere!

This is one of my favorite exercises that I created that hardly anybody used. I will guarantee if people start using this exercise they will see gains from a different area. Plus sock stretching is a lot of fun
 
It Is a good exercise, where sock is I put my other hand to pull at base rather than sock

I tried it an hour or so ago but the single sock and one hand grip wasn’t enough so I tied three together and I can put it round my neck or use my feet (as someone suggested earlier when using power bands.) and employ both hands. It was very good...I think I can get a lot more stretch and my lower bits will be able to take it but I’m worried I’ll rip my glans from the shaft... In any case, I think I’ll refer to the three socks tied end to end as my ‘circle jerk’...in all fairness the ‘jerk circle’ is more accurate but it doesn’t have the same ring to it...?
 
Ok I'll go hard these 3 months Whit three simple exercises
1-bundled stretching
2-srt size blasters
3-sock stretchings

Or get all that shit off my head n get back to the basic 5 phases exercise i have the CD start from scratch n maybe modify or change some exercises that I feel i have plateau.

It’s always best to go back to basics when we’re looking to start all over again. But since you’re not starting over again I encourage you to include other stretches that are not in phase 5. The ones you listed are good examples

Thats why I need your suggestion because Im just confused actually starting over could be great if i get results or do I have to create my own routine?? I just don't know

Ok i go back to the basics i finish the 5 phases n add or change some exercises does that make sense?

Back to basics for me would be going back to the newbie routine and training that for about a month. After that we can move into a SRT type work out that will be your permanent work out. The newbie routine is such a good place to restart and it’s exactly what I do when I start up again

Ok let's see if I still remember the newbie was the stretchings different positions n that's all I remember right now LOL
 
Yep going to check all the newbie routine or where can I find the complete version let's start things right!!once I finish the newbie routine I'd go for the modified SRT..

And maybe by that time I can get you a new chamber for your LM

Actually the newbie is not that hard I'll check it tomorrow morning I guess n see what I can have done tomorrow!!
Just the chamber is ok but one of the reasons I think I broke it was because my penis wrapping was too bulgy" n had to tight the nuts until the pressure broke them ?
