DLD Sock Stretches

These are very cool and extremely powerful, especially for those who struggle for intensity. This exercise, although simple in concept, is extremely intense and will give even the veterans a run for their money. Sorry about the illustration but I had to draw it freehand.

Keep in mind that this exercise can be done at virtually any angle and with a very cool style I invented, you can intensify it 2 fold.

What you will need is a long sock (I prefer the sports socks, but use what you have.) Take your flaccid penis in one hand while wrapping the sock around your penis with the sock, grabbing both ends of the sock after it is wrapped (see illustration) The first time you do this exercise you can try the Y-Stretch but you will see the potential and the limitless styles you can use after trying it. While stretching in one direction with the sock you will stretch in the opposite direction with the other hand. This is a basic DLD Sock Stretch but we can take it to another level, giving you optimum intensity.

Once you penis is wrapped in the sock (this is why I use a LONG sock) put both ends of the sock in your mouth and clamp down with your teeth. This leaves both hands to stretch the penis in the opposing angle. It will also allow for a continued stretch by alternating hands. Either way it is incredible.

A typical workout, using this method, would look like this;

Downward stretches:
While pulling, or biting, the sock downward pull your penis upward...hold for 30 seconds (or more if you like)

Side Stretches:
While pulling the sock to the right, stretch your penis to the left.
Again, while stretching the sock to the left, stretch the penis to the right. This can't be done with biting. Hold stretch for 30-60 seconds.

Upward Stretches:
While pulling the sock upward pull your penis downward...hold for 30-60 seconds as biting cannot be used in this position.

1/2 Rotaries:
Since the sock is wrapped around your penis it would be impossible to do a full 360° but 180° is possible. While stretching the penis, in a circular motion to the right and down, stretch the sock holding hand in a circular motion to the left and up. Then While stretching the penis, in a circular motion to the left and up, stretch the sock holding hand in a circular motion to the right and down.

I suggest doing 3 sets of each stretch but more or less can be added for convenience.

DLD I will be starting these when I start stretching again (in a couple days). I've been wanting something new so we'll see how these go.

These look similiar to stretches with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words]? Do they relate?

I think these give a much different stretch than that of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. The flexibility of the sock is completely different, more angular. They both have incredible stretching potential (PA and the Sock) but the difference is in stiffness to flexibility.
 
Nice. It's like the v-stretch but you can put more force on the kink for a harder stretch. Definitely motivation to get more socks without holes in them, I almost ripped my sock in half...

Cool I came up with something like this a couple of months using a jump rope. I thought the rope was better for upward stretches b/c it is thin and separates the ligs from the penis. The sock would be better for stretching the sides and down though b/c a thick sock would not damage nerves like a jump rope would. I think the flexibility gives you a more intense stretch. I cannot explain this but this is what I feel. I feel a more powerful stretch from these then stretching with a broom stick. I'm calling mine the rope stretch. Maybe in combination with the sock stretch will give both tunica and lig gains.

DLD I just gave the sock stretches a try - WOW, the intensity you can generate is incredible. I just did about 2 minutes and am already burning in places I didn't know my penis had. Thank you so much!
 
Well someone could have warned me about NOT using used sports socks. God damn this was intense even before i started pullin'. rofl Gotta go about it with a clean sock next time when my nose has fully recovered.

Man this is cool, just remember dudes, use an old sock or you'll rip your dick straight off.

Try it, it's incredible, easy, cheap, soft, tight and you can use the stretched sock to warm the whole leg afterwards hehehe

Thanks DLD. I tried these last night. Thank God I didn't throw out those old calf length sport socks. This is one INTENSE stretch. YOU'RE DA MAN!!!

The problem I found, when using an object with no elasticity, is it can't move to compensate for the stretch. A rope is a wonderful replacement for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] but it still lacks the elasticity that complements this stretch. I think both [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] [rope] (rigid) and Elastic Stretching (flexible) serve equal but different needs.
 
I am glad this caught on so fast:) Although it is extremely simple the stretch it gives is immense. Anyone who is looking to step up their stretching routines, this is the ticket and it costs nothing....unless you do it with some Gucci socks:D

I found the same thing but I wanted to wait until someone else said it. It is quite remarkable.
