1-bundled stretching
2-srt size blasters
3-sock stretchings
Or get all that shit off my head n get back to the basic 5 phases exercise i have the CD start from scratch n maybe modify or change some exercises that I feel i have plateau.

But since you’re not starting over again I encourage you to include other stretches that are not in phase 5. The ones you listed are good examples

Ok i go back to the basics i finished the 5 phases n add or change some exercises does that make sense?
Back to basics for me would be going back to the newbie routine and training that for about a month. After that we can move into a SRT type work out that will be your permanent work out. The newbie routine is such a good place to restart and it’s exactly what I do when I start up again

Just the chamber is ok but one of the reasons I think I broke it was because my penis wrapping was too bulgy" n had to tight the nuts until the pressure broke them ?
