DLD Sock Stretches
These are very cool and extremely powerful, especially for those who struggle for intensity. This exercise, although simple in concept, is extremely intense and will give even the veterans a run for their money. Sorry about the illustration but I had to draw it freehand.
Keep in mind that this exercise can be done at virtually any angle and with a very cool style I invented, you can intensify it 2 fold.
What you will need is a long sock (I prefer the sports socks, but use what you have.) Take your flaccid penis in one hand while wrapping the sock around your penis with the sock, grabbing both ends of the sock after it is wrapped (see illustration) The first time you do this exercise you can try the Y-Stretch but you will see the potential and the limitless styles you can use after trying it. While stretching in one direction with the sock you will stretch in the opposite direction with the other hand. This is a basic DLD Sock Stretch but we can take it to another level, giving you optimum intensity.
Once you penis is wrapped in the sock (this is why I use a LONG sock) put both ends of the sock in your mouth and clamp down with your teeth. This leaves both hands to stretch the penis in the opposing angle. It will also allow for a continued stretch by alternating hands. Either way it is incredible.
A typical workout, using this method, would look like this;
Downward stretches:
While pulling, or biting, the sock downward pull your penis upward...hold for 30 seconds (or more if you like)
Side Stretches:
While pulling the sock to the right, stretch your penis to the left.
Again, while stretching the sock to the left, stretch the penis to the right. This can't be done with biting. Hold stretch for 30-60 seconds.
Upward Stretches:
While pulling the sock upward pull your penis downward...hold for 30-60 seconds as biting cannot be used in this position.
1/2 Rotaries:
Since the sock is wrapped around your penis it would be impossible to do a full 360° but 180° is possible. While stretching the penis, in a circular motion to the right and down, stretch the sock holding hand in a circular motion to the left and up. Then While stretching the penis, in a circular motion to the left and up, stretch the sock holding hand in a circular motion to the right and down.
I suggest doing 3 sets of each stretch but more or less can be added for convenience.
