Wow, I just had to take a minute aside and say holy shit Dld. You are a fucking genius man. I'm not even a fan of length exercises in general, but I can stretch my dick across the whole front of my (muscular) quad doing these. Fuck man, best thing for length since hanging imo, except its quicker and much more comfortable.

I'm glad your seeing the awesome potential of this stretch. A simple machine that does allot of work.
 
You could actually use a friend to do these stretches lol maybe there is gonna be a Penis Enlargement gym soon lol hehehh.
 
DLD, I'm having a hard time with this one. I really have no idea why it's proven to be so difficult, but alam here I am asking for help. Is there any chance for a vid in the member's area?

My biggest problem is with the pictures. I can't seem to relate any of those images to the third dimension and at the same time figure out where to put the sock. I can't tell if it's wrapped or if it's tied together.

they are the most fucking ghetto stretch ever invented, but very powerful and intense.

Keep in mind that this exercise can be done at virtually any angle and with a very cool style I invented, you can intensify it 2 fold.

What you will need is a long sock (I prefer the sports socks, but use what you have.) Take your flaccid penis in one hand while wrapping the sock around your penis with the sock, grabbing both ends of the sock after it is wrapped (see illustration) The first time you do this exercise you can try the Y-Stretch but you will see the potential and the limitless styles you can use after trying it. While stretching in one direction with the sock you will stretch in the opposite direction with the other hand. This is a basic DLD Sock Stretch but we can take it to another level, giving you optimum intensity.

Once you penis is wrapped in the sock (this is why I use a LONG sock) put both ends of the sock in your mouth and clamp down with your teeth. This leaves both hands to stretch the penis in the opposing angle. It will also allow for a continued stretch by alternating hands. Either way it is incredible.

A typical workout, using this method, would look like this;

I suggest doing 3 sets of each stretch but more or less can be added for convenience.

Dude, stop making this Penis Enlargement thing about me and start making it about the people who want to gain. This is an excellent exercise and it costs nothing to do. Being loyal to a group is one thing but keeping information from those that need it is selfish and sad. This is an excellent exercise that everyone should know about, as powerful as DLD Blasters. It is not the members there that are the problem it is the administration and the moderators. Threak made a very valid, helpful, Penis Enlargement related Thread and it was deleted...that is very disturbing. Holding important information back from fellow Penis Enlargement'ers, information that could be the very method necessary for some peoples gains is wrong.

I am sorry Threak, I hope you were not banned for making a thread, they do that allot.

I posted the DLD Sock Stretch and was met by their Mod(s)-Squad with nothing but sarcasim and animosity. Questioning it's validity, source and ridicule of the exercise. What DLD did was simplify the equipment with everyday item a flippin' SOCK of all things.

OMG! Th*nd3rs Clan-mate(s) didn't think of it, this is no good we didn't create it so it can't be validated. I been following P.E. for over 20 years now and use to find material and equipment in the back of magazines well before the internet took off as it is now. They are not the inventor, innovator or the only thinker on P.E. It's almost if they want this to stay underground for their own selfish reasons. This is not like Body-Building where you work year round and compete with one another. Imagine that having P.E. competitions, sounds like a lot of money could be made with this.

While I have it on my mind, thanks to KOOKY, try the Rotary stretches with the Sock method. Not as powerful as with a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] but definitely stepped up from purely manual.

Good god man this stretch hurts! I can hardly hold it for 40 seconds., this must not be for the newbies right? It's either that or I'm doing it wrong. I can't find wrapping it any help, so I take it like a V and putt the two ends across my penis.

Hello everyone out there the DLD sock stretch is truly intense I wanted to share what I have been using, starting with a sport socks. I tried this out of an attempt to save on my handgrip by using a power band that has a 20lb pull rating. With the two handles I place one foot into each and the band around the base of my penis, now I can trade off with each hand stretching my penis then extending my legs to create the stretch. As my handgrip gets tired bend my legs to remove the band stretch and switch hands then extend my legs again. Using a power band even with a 20lb rating still gives some, depending on your stretch. The diameter of the power band is a little over 3/8” using a litte [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] increases the diameter.

To stretch left or right I hold the band looped around my penis pull my penis in the direction of the stretch then pull opposite with the bands. Stretching sitting or laying down I will roll in the direction of the penis stretch and place the bands behind me then roll back onto of them using my bodyweight to hold the band stretch. Then reverse for the oppsite side.

Stretching down I have used the bands and feed one handle into the other behind my neck with the band loop around my penis and use my hands to pull down.

Hope you find this helpful I have been register for a few months and have found too many cool ideas / exercises on this forum, good job DLD.
