Just some stretching now and then, trying out some internal stretches, expressive stretches, blasters and some resiflex'es. Just to find out what I'm going to put in my next routine. Ejaculated twice because of some naaasty texts from the girl I'm in love with.
Monday 08 - MEASURING DAY!
So, I've done another month of pretty tough Penis Enlargement'ing, lots of stretching and sore frenulum for all the grabbing and stretching lol. I've shortened down the jelqs and done more extenderwork and supersets including my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I've
grown .4 cm in one month. I don't concider that bad, but I'd wish it was more because of all the work I've put in. Last month I gained .5 cm, so I've
gained less this month than last month, even though I've been doing alot more stretching.
From this I learn that concidering the difference between my SL and EL, I need to do girthwork. Get that bloodpump going, learning my penis to accept more blood. I can also see from the look of my penis that i probably could park a 40-foot boat in between the ligs on the top of my penis, as I like to do downward stretches the most. Next month I'll do more upward stretching, back to that later.

I kind of thought that it was too good to be true.
I've lost some size, but I'm not really all that dissapointed. I haven't done nearly as much jelq work as I "should" do this month, and my gains from the last time wasn't really cemented. Don't really have alot to say about this, as this isn't my priority right now.
NBPFSL
I've
grown .3 cm in FSL since last measurement. I find this odd. I've done less girthwork to fill the penis up with blood, and yet I've gained more in EL than in SL. I don't really know how to understand this. Maybe the "cord" which I've been restrained by before has been tougher to enlarge than what my tunica has been, i don't really know. However, I know that I'm now past my final EL goal in SL, so the possibility of reaching my goal is still there although it might take more time than what I was dreaming of. We'll see
Review of routine:
1: I've confirmed my presumption. Mostly stretching and little jelqs don't really do it for me. I haven't gained what I was hoping for, and now I need to do something different.
2: I like doing downward stretches, so these are what I've been doing the most. I think the possibilities of gaining from these are smaller than from upward stretches.
3: I've been doing to little kegeling and too little jelqing. I've had a much lower EQ this month than last month
4: I'm still shit with warmups, lol
Changes for the next month, and new routine
I won't be doing as much downward stretches as before. I will incorporate
resiflexes for my next month, and I'll be doing
supra slammers again. I will also keep using my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and during my stretching routine I will be doing more upward and straight out stretches, and less downward and behind the cheeks.
The routine, most likely a sundays off routine
Stretching, done twice or more pr day
60 second stretches to the right, left and down. 1 set of each.
60 second straight up and straight out, 2 set of each
Resiflexes, 5 x 100 kegels
Mandingo stretches, 60 seconds, 2 sets each way, total of 4 minutes total
Internal stretches 60 seconds, 2 sets
Jelq and girthwork
15 minutes of jelqing
10-15 supra slammers, totaling in 20-25 minutes each day.
Other
Try to do more kegels and maybe try some balooning.

Total gains in 2 months (+ 2 months of very inconsistent and little Penis Enlargement)

I concider this to be VERY good! rofl According to thevisualizer, this is an increase of 12% in volume since two months ago, and a whopping 63% increase in 15 months.
I hope I'm proving my point that when it comes to length, MORE IS MORE! 1.5-2 hours of manual stretching + extenderwork brings results.
