Same day as every other day

30 min stretch followed by a 40 min jelq session. Then another 30 min stretching in the evening. Supra slammers
Thursday 7.
Same as yesterday (even did the supra slammers to days in a row now! EQ is worse.
Friday 8.

Was sooo busy, so only a 30 min stretch session
Saturday 9. + Sunday 10.
Resting. EQ low + at my parents place, so no privacy.
Monday 11. MEASURING DAY!
Today is the evaluation of the past month, and making adaptions to the next one. I will change my routine based on the measurements I get here. From the first post, this was my plan:
1: 17.566667 cm = 6.9"
2: 18.233337 cm = 7.2"
3: 19 cm = 7.5"
The red highlighted is today the measuring day. And this is my results
NBPenis EnlargementL: 17.4 cm = 6.9"
BPenis EnlargementL: 18.6 cm = 7.3"
EG: 15.1 cm =5,9" mid shaft + base, in between 14.7 cm = 5,8"
NBPFSL = 19.1 cm = 7.5"
This means I´m
.2cm SHORTER than the plan. This could be due to bad erection though (have been going through some seriously challenging emotional stuff this weekend, goddamn women lol). Will do another measurement pherhaps later today or tomorrow to compare.
On the countrary,
I´ve grown .9 cm in girth! That is INSANE, .4" in one month! I give all the credit for these gains to the supra slammers, they´ve been awesome!
Changes in routine, and adaptions
Well, I´ve reached my final girth goal, so no point in working alot on that any more. This would mean I´m gonna stop doing supra slammers from my routine and shorten down the jelq sessions. No more 45 min jelq routines (thank god, they were getting boring, but effective as hell). Instead I will now focus even more on length, but do some basic jelqs to keep bloodflow and EQ.
On another note I know for sure I´ve been shooting off after too many sessions. This could be and most likely are the reason for my low EQ. Will try to fix this, although it´s quite addictive.
Also, the difference between F
SL and EL is 1.7 cm = .7", which is quite big. What exercises can I do to close the gap? This is something I havent read much about, any tips? On the positive note though my future size is the FSL right now, so I have high hopes =)

30 min stretching session with the basic stretches + mandingo.
20 min jelq
30 min stretching
(2 x 10 min stretching somewhere during the day)
This is now focusing even more on length, and I´m hoping this will bring me the gains I want.
Overall impressions and "review"
I´m quite happy with myself and the gains i´ve gotten. I have been working really hard, doing long hours of Penis Enlargement. This has brought me results. It´s not quiiiite as good as I´ve been hoping for lengthwise, but girthwise has really blown me away. Guess I´m an easy girthgainer and a hard lengthgainer. The SUPRA SLAMMERS are the most powerful exercise I´ve ever done, and should be tried by anyone that wants to gain girth.
New goals for the next measurements
2: 18.2cm = 7.2" (november 8th)
3: 19 cm = 7.5" (december 18th)
