An updated routine;

First I put on a cock ring and then the clamp for an intense conscrictor.

I perform all conscrictor exercises in the new pdf file everyday.

The Conscrictor routine generally last 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I put the cock ring on so I will not have a pumped cock when down.


I then; Superset; Uli's 100, Horses 100, Wet Jelqs 100 times 10 sets. everyday

I perform lazy ass stretches for 1 to 2 hours everyday.


Supra's Ball Stretching Routine daily.

DLD Bends everyday for 20 minutes.

S Bends everyday for 20 minutes.

Kegel Routine for 25 minutes daily.

Girth Busters daily for 15 minutes.

DLD Blasters for 15 minutes daily.

I am not taking breaks. I am serious and crazy "crazy as hell".

I am determined to get a bigger "dick". At all cost.

I am almost there. So the routine has to be intense. I am not hurting myself because I am taking every precaution not to.

I am going to see some results soon.

I am looking for 1/4 inches in length by June 8 because that is my birthday. I am not going to measure until that time.

has to be one of the most if not the most, intense routine I EVER seen used in Penis Enlargement.
Clamping useing EVERY exercise in the guide for 2 hours, jeez even I never done that.
A log should come fourth from thees thighs lol

I just got back into my girth routines and Im doin em for only 1hour to hour and a half and I feel a lil sore after. How do you do it man hehe

I feel no pain. I guess there is a method that I follow. I do everything at night that seems to be the best time for me. Understand that I had to work up to the point in order to have such an intense routine. If I was a beginner or a few months into Penis Enlargement then I would not advise.

Lookin at other mens plans tells me, well gives me an indication of how prepared and dedicated they really are and you my freind are VERY DEDICATED and deserve all the success you get.
The stats are superb, dont fret over girth cos your fuckin massive already.

ASAP I'm gunna make a clamp routine which is HARDfuckinCORE and is like 30-45 mins long, has all the old favs of myn in their .... you would be advised to check her out in my usual thread in dis' section cos you say you only really need girth now?? well the Clamp will get that.

I recently measured and I am not quite 9.0 inches none bone pressed.

My current stats remain at 8.5 none bone pressed. So I have to re evaluate another type of routine that will be more beneficial to me.

This is just an update.

Well it is March 18, 2005

I am still at 8.5 inches none bone pressed and 6.0 inches in girth. I am getting more and more depressed. I need to either buy a penis stretcher or hang longer.

This is just an update. I would like to reach my goal of 9.0 inches by my birthday in June. So I am just going to have to figure something out. Any suggestions please.

You really shouldn't be depressed, you have gained a lot and are huge now. How long have you been at your routine with no gains? Have you taken any deconditioning breaks since your start at Penis Enlargement? A penis stretcher may do you good, I just started using one and I like it so far.
 
dude!!!! why get down about that? that is one heck of a stick to be thumpin someone with. you are already above what alot of guys would love to have. don't get down about it. maybe switch things up and try focusing on some other area like instead of working on girth try FR or BE and some basic stretches and jelqs. or maybe even try hanging or pumping to help get you over your plateau.maybe it has just become conditioned to your daily routine and you need to either step it up a notch or simply give it a break and come back at it.
