Theres video on youtube of Ron Low showing how to.

Its important to have the dick upwards for night for uninterupted erections so you can sleep all night with it.

About the big/not big its all in your head pretty much. When Im not in good mood PEwise I look at it thinking its maybe even smaller than before PE.
