All you need to do is provide an 'O' ring of sorts to hold the stopper more firmly while you're filling the tube with water. Once attached. the stopper is held-tight by the negative pressure you create...ezpz

Ok all done now I have to buy the 'O' ring of sorts.
Can you recommend which material this should be and provide amazon link to something similar ?
Il look for it tommorrow in some shop but have to have an idea what it should be.

This is interesting, have alot of men who suffer blisters from hanging been circumcised? I've been trying to look around this issue to prevent it before i fully start hanging. But I haven't been circumcised, so at least my glans will be safe!

Yes, I believe thats the perfect combo (same as MB + vacuvin)
Phalosan I really tried to believed in and hype myself to believe its perfect device cuz it was sooo expensive.

But in the end from the 3 bells I could only use the large one, same with sleeves (and Im not that big at all), and the sleeves will rip after some time. The glans cap will expand and not hold well.
Most of the parts are just plastic taht can break easily. (like imagine [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] made of plastic, that thing will break on you in a matter of weeks).
I believe I read DLDs story here with plastic [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] breaking on him the first time he used it.

For the reasons above (expensive as fuck -yet made of plastic, alot of parts are useless, sleeves will rip in no time). I would not recommend Phalosan to anybody serious about PE.
Im still in warranty and Im sure Id get replacement - but Im not gona invest my time into it and I probably wouldnt be using it even if I got another one for free tbh.
