I made this thread to help motivate me, keep track of my gains, and record everything I've done in Penis Enlargement.

My Penis Enlargement History Two years ago (2006), I tried "Expand" capsules for 2 months. My erections seemed a little harder on them, but I didn't see any other effects. All in all, a waste of 60? or 80? dollars.. I do not recommend pills to anyone, unless they are doing natural Penis Enlargement as well, and hope for faster recovery, quick gains.. etc. However, I personally will not buy any more pills ever..

I found out about natural Penis Enlargement in some ezine articles a little after I tried the pills. I did basic stretching and jelqing for 2 weeks at a time, with large multiple month breaks in between. Never consistent at all.. Back then, I was 5 1/2 in NBPenis EnlargementL and 4 in EG, now I am 5 7/8 in NBPenis EnlargementL and still 4 in EG. So, I finally learned you will gain nothing without dedication.

As of October 2008, I have gotten serious with Penis Enlargement. I am stretching about 3-4 times a week, more if my ligs aren't too sore. And I am doing girth work 4-5 times a week, more if bruising isn't bad. I know a lot of people will question why I am only doing the amount of stretching/girth work I am doing, but I assure you, I stretch REALLY hard. My ligs are so sore the next day, they need to recover. And for girth, I guess I do that hard too, because I always get dark red/purple spots around my head and the sides of my shaft after a girth workout. The bruises tend to heal fast, so even though I only do stretching every other day, I can still do girth a little more often.

Warm up

Stretching:
3 sets @ 30 seconds for...

-A Stretch
-Reverse A Stretch
I add more sets, to make my stretching session around 25-30 min.

Girth:
-500, Wet jelqs, 2 seconds each. Around 75% erect
-10, Wet jelqs, 15 seconds each. Fully erect. Hard clamp at base, slowly moved up, stopping halfway, holding blood in for 15 secs. (Uli's or slammers?)
-20, 440's, 5 seconds each
-200, Dry jelqs, 2 seconds each. Around 75% erect
It usually takes around 30-40 min for my girth session.
Warm down

Testicle Health Massage

PC work, every other day. 30 min. of cycling between, 2 sec kegels, 5 sec kegels w/slow release, and 1 min holds.


Future Plans

I hope to reach my short term goal in 8 months. A little over an inch in length shouldn't be too hard right? But a whole inch of girth (which I need more) is going to be really hard. Nevertheless.. 8 months, my short term goal.

Long term? Maybe 2 years for everything. Even after that, I would like to have more girth, but have such shitty starting girth, I'm just being realistic.

Little half hour workout yesterday, I was short for time. But I guess even a little is better than none. Maybe 15 min stretching, 15 jelqing.

I hope to have an hour workout tonight. Still havn't seen any remarkable gains since october 16th'ish.

had a pretty good workout tonight. maybe 45 min. but i threw in some new stuff, dual isolated stretch and bundled tunica stretch.. plus horse squeezes. the horse squeezes are amazing, ive never seen my dick so thick and vein-riddled! hopefully, ill get some girth out of this.

sweet! yeah, i guess i should stick with the basics though. been reading DLD's articles, and how it is important to stick with phase one exercises for a good 2 months or so, and exhaust the gains with that workout, THEN add new stuff.

so i will probably stick with plain old jelqing and maybe some uli's for girth awhile longer... the horse squeezes were so intense though! can't wait to get there..

my ligs are really sore today (gave it a tug using the pisser, earlier today) so i will just jelq and whatnot tonight for 30-45 min.

Oh, by the way. what is MSEG?? im guessing it has something to do with erect girth...

but yeah, take it easy, exhaust your intitial gains.
 
took last night off. i was pretty sore, and was reading the "ask red thread!" and he said that having off days is crucial, as long as they don't become habit, or as a result of laziness rather than needing to heal.

nevertheless, had a good 1 hour workout tonight. i am sort of anxious to measure, but i don't want to for like 2 months... i think i may have gained a little length. 1/8 an inch or so.. which would make me 6 flat, for NBPenis EnlargementL... but i don't think ive gained any in girth.. but like i said, i won't measure for two months..
 
maybe look into getting a ring of power (use ebay, i got mine there real cheap, like under $20 usd, called a ballzinger also) to toss on for a couple hours after your girth workouts.

also, i personally found that the lazy ass stretches worked great for flaccid girth. real easy to do, also.

really? 20 bucks is pretty reasonable.. i thought they were a lot more??

ill try to do lazy ass stretches more throughout my day.. but i don't care so much about my flaccid size. surprisingly, its not bad.. i think i am a shower. my flaccid lengths around 4 1/2 and my flaccid girths around 3 1/2.

i just want a huge dick erect.. my dick pisses me off. especially girth.

i want to pe tonight. but my stretching session last night was weird. i used toilet paper to help grip better, cuz i kept slipping.. and i got blisters under my head today. they kill. ive just been putting petroleum jelly on the blisters. at least it was a good workout though, so i don't feel much guilt taking tonight off. ligs are very sore too...
 
try using talcum powder / baby powder mate for some grip, it helps me no end and doesnt leave a rash. im uncut so gettin a decent grip can be a right pest for me. Broke my right hand last nite tho so i aint gonna be stickin to schedule for a month or so =[
 
i am cut.. but still have a really hard time getting a good grip SOMETIMES.. some workouts, it is not problem at all. . weird, i know? but like ill pull really hard, and get the stretch to where i want to hold it, then my grip gradually moves farther off and i have to "re grip" and resume with the stretch.. its really annoying. ive tried baby powder in the past.. ill have to remember that next time im having problems..

i want these damn blisters to go away though so i can pe!! i don't know if they'll be gone tomorrow.. might just have to do a girth workout only
 
Did 30 min of girth work last night. No stretching due to my blisters. They are almost gone, I think one more day and I'll be cleared for stretching again :)
 
I'm a little worried.. The one day last week when i got the blisters, i think it was wednesday... I stretched really hard that night too.. And its been 5 days, and my ligs are STILL a little sore.. I have been trying to workout, but when I stretch, its not nearly with the same intensity. I have been jelqing too.. but, I don't know if its the cold wheather.. but my erections strength isn't so good lately..

I'm taking it easy on the ligs, till they feel right.. so light stretching.. and my normal girth workout. + more PC work.. ill go for at least 45 min, every other day.

But I'm happy with the length gains! they are little, but I figure I keep up with this stuff for months, years... and the size will pack on. A quarter inch for a little under a month, I am grateful. Good to know I'm doing something right.

man, when i gain 1/4" girth even temporary, it is unbelievable. i can't imagine what a
1.5" gain would feel like.

don't be too freaked about the girth, every cock has its strong points, and not every woman wants the same thing.
