I haven't posted on here in awhile. Had a great, LONG workout today.. about 40 min stretching, 40 min girth work.
Just because I don't post, doesn't mean I have stopped working out, or even missed a workout.. Its just funny to post after everyworkout.. My main goals lately have been to do 5 days of Penis Enlargement a week. Some days, the ligs are sore, and workouts only last 30 min total.. then other days its a big workout like the one I had tonight.. But at least 3, or 4 big workouts a week..
I made a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] type device to add some new stretches.. but i also read about sock stretches! and they are very good too. I usually do, all the basic stretches, plus the v/a stretch, and some sock stretches. I think I have designed some new sock stretches, so I will post pics sometime.
