So this is my first time posting any sort of log/diary type thing on any site ever go easy on me =]

My current routine set up is as follows:
AM Stretching Routine:
Warm Up with warm towel wrap 5-10 mins
Stretching in all directions including behind the cheeks.
DLD Blasters (5 sec Kegel, 5 sec Reverse Kegel 30Reps)

This includes 3 sets of Wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] for 1.5 hours then Manual stretching all directions and rotary cranks in between sets.
Then Wrapping until the PM Routine(with breaks in between every 30-60 mins re wrapping)
PM Girth Routine:
300 2 second jelqs (3 days a week)
