ok so i started roughly about the middle of june and its now the end of august. the first 3 weeks i was pretty consistent with working out atleast 5 days a week. it trickeled down to about 3 days a week for the next couple weeks due to vacation and busy work schedule. at the beginning of august i got back on track to atleast 5 days sometimes 7 days a week. i started with a basic routine of:

5min warm up
10 heli stretches
200-300 jelqs
5-8 glans workout
1 hr use of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]
100-200 jelqs
warm down

i do a wrap about 80% of the time after working out and leave it on for atleast 4 hrs. only thing i really noticed was somewhat of a thicker feeling penis is my hand. i try to limit masterbation (2-3x week). once august came i started doing DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. but i beefed up the jelqs. and i also jelq a little bit everytime i shower. not too many, 100-200. even if i have already worked out that day. my routine now is as follows:

WARMUP
1.Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
(i dont do straight up because i never really can feel a good stretch from it)

2. ATLEAST 450 jelq, usually 600. today i did 1000

4. warm down
5. flaccid wrap 4-6 hrs

now like i said i have been doing this roughly 5 days a week for almost a month now. again, all i have noticed really is a fuller feeling cock. but when i measure im still where i started which is

nbpel : 6.25"
bpel : a hair under 7"
eg : 4.75"

Your workout looks good but the reason for your lack of gains is more than likely inconsistency. Penis Enlargement requires a habitual routine where you train on a steady schedule. If you train hard for a week and then slack off the next there will be no time for anything to cement itself. I suggest doing a solid 7 day a week workout. If this is too much back it off by a day or two at the most. It is important to remain consistent and to constantly be adding more and more intensity. Continue with the 5 day you are doing or add in a day or two to make it a full time routine and see how this works.
 
Stick with it man. And as DLD said you need to be consistent. The area you are trying to grow is not used to growing any larger then what is natural for you. The gym reference is used a lot and is a very good theory. Work it out, stay on task, feed your development, and you'll see gains.
 
thanks for the words of encouragement. after the first 2.5 months i started to buckle down and really do the damn thing. to be honest, my routine is really never the same on a day to day basis. however, i do try for 7 days a week, and not any less than 6. since my last "no gains post", i have showed measurable gains..

previous -> to date

bpel: 6 7/8" -> 7 1/4"
nbpel: 6 1/4" -> 6 1/2"
nbpfl(stretch): 6 1/4" -> 6 1/2"
erect girth: 4 3/4" -> 5"

like i said i dont have a very consistant routine day to day, but i do exercise daily. one of my issues was i wasent getting off work until 8pm which didnt leave me much time to do it at night if i wanted to include my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in the routine. so i just wear the damn thing all day at work now. i get about 4-8 hours of extending in everyday(usually in the 7hr range), then when i get off i continue with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] stretches(straight,down,between cheeks), 450 jelqs, then warmdown shower. after i wrap for a good 3-4 hours and then by that time its about midnight so i unwrap and hit the sack. downside is that my fiancee complains she doesnt get any hardly anymore cause i "always got something on it". lol i told her im doing this consistantly for a year until we get married (sep 13')so she can deal with it until then. also, i did add the dld extreme lig stretch where you get 100% erect and stretch downwards in a reclined position to the routine. i do that about every 2 or 3 days or so. i can deff feel that for a few days after. i suggest trying that out.

anywho, im finally seeing measurable gains which has made me happy and has showed that pe is possible and do able. just takes way more dedication than i originaly anticipated. fuller feeling, harder erections, i have a few new veins coming to light down there, and bigger glans. all in all, cant complain. my goal is 8 inches, but im not counting on hitting that until year 2. thanks for the support. ill update back in a month or 2.

I am glad you are starting to see gains, without consistency Penis Enlargement will always be a struggle. I look forward to your new commitment and the gains you will be making.
 
Great gains!! You aren't doing kegels (PC squeezes)?? I didn't see it anywhere in your routines. I kegel every other day and the results are great when I have sex. I can now control when I cum and I know when I start to see gains they will be better because kegels help keep blood in your penis

yes! all throughout the day each day i exercise. i try to keep the blood flowing as much as possible while in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and even wrapped.

Quick update. Another month has gone by and I took new measurements. Only thing that changed was my flaccid stretch length from 6.5" -> 6.75". Other than that I'm holding strong at 6.5" x 5" with 7.25" Bpel. I have averaged 5 days a week with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 6 hrs + each day. I had to put the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on hold for a few days because the noose for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] had made the skin just before the glans get a bit raw. So I took a break to allow it to heal up a bit. I now wear a looser fitting cock ring all day while in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I have found it actualy helps blood flow to the glans. Less readjusting due to cold or discolered glans now. And after I take the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] off and complete the girth jelqs I put a tighter fitting cock ring on for the remainder of the night to do a little clamping. A quick question for Dld tho, I have found that when I pit the rihter cock rung on after the jelqs and warmdown and everything, I got really good engorged hang. Could this technique allow my to not wrap my penis after the workout. I feel that it does the same thing with elongated healing but with an added boost of extra blood flow. I would rather use the cockring to heal with instead of the wrapping method. Seems like I'm getting two birds with one stone with this method. Let me know. The Cock Ring is used to heal after girth work and the Wrap is used after length. But, if the cock ring is allowing length and girth to stay expanded then that is fine.

ok so i got my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] today and tried it out as soon as i got it out of the box. damn. i can really see how this is going to aid in the pe process. i did 3 sets of 5 mins with 200 jelqs in between pumping sets. i started slow since it was my first time. first set i pumped to 140 and maintained it throughout the set. second set went to 150 and the third i went to 160. i was unable to go in fully erect, but i would say i went in with about 70% erection. i measured after to see what kinda temp gain i got which ended up 1/8 inch. and thats not fully erect(prob 85%) which is when i usually measure girth. my balls did want to get sucked in the tube when i pumped, but all i had to do was grab my balls and pull them away as im pumping then all was good. all in all, im pretty pleased. very pleased. excited for the months to come!
