I have grown when I have taken breaks, but I was very strict with myself on those breaks. My rest period's lasted no more than one week.And that was enough for me to.Heal up. But surprisingly after breaks, I come back and make enormous growth

I want to believe that, it happens the same way for every brother involve in PE. Some might not have noticed it but gains can be made from off days.
