Im doing both, semi-erect and flaccid to see what I get - boy oh boy, do these give a great stretch; kinda like a feeling when you wake up in the morning and stretch your arms over your head in bed and yawn to stretch your arms upon awaking !!

Im doing twists and stretches about 2 - 3 times a week in my workout.
