Hanging will bring girth but it tends to be base girth for the most part. It does interest me, erect hanging, as I have never heard of anyone who has tried this. It may very well have some important points that could be discovered.

I'll let you know how it goes once I get my bib hanger and LM.
It's something that needs to be done by the guys taking the PGE1 injections.

I've come to the realization that when we're completely flacid, stretching doesn't target the tunica. Most of the load is on the ligs. This is purely from what I feel. But when We're fully erect a stretch seems to target the Tunica.

Here's the twist: The BEST stretch, is obtained while being not 100% errect, but rather around 80-90%..

what I do is i get as hard as possible... put on a cock ring (cushion), then take a couple of deep breaths so that the errection subsides a bit, and then i clamp that amount of engorgement down, either with a clamp, or with another stronger cock ring on top of the existing one.

curving the shaft as one would do in an Erect Bend, and then stretching forward, seems to give an unbelieveable stretch within that portion of the Tunica.

An added benefit is that when one is not fully erect, the exercise isn't nearly as dangerous.


I do this exercise under a heat source (Infra Red lamp) to help the stretch.

I'm just toying with some of these concepts before I go on a decon break.

Here are some pics I took. I'm not red skinned, the shade is from the IR lamp :D.

Do you notice that the IR lamp helps a lot for stretching?
 
I tried erect stretching and just can't get a good grip on my dick. I grab it firmly and all it does it pull skin forward...
 
Erect stretching gives me red skin blisters its winter here in Aus and i get dry skin all over my body but when summer hits i'm going to do them again i think they are great for length gains.
Gravik get 100% erect then slide/pull the akin from the head to the base clamp off then with the other hand stretch forward use baby powder it helps.
 
Good points. I have belived in the same concept that stretching while semi-erect will be more beneficial to length than when done flaccid.

My whole length routine is done semi erect now and I feel a GREAT stretch VS flaccid work and the feeling of gaining while doing this is much higher than ever before.

When we have a erection, semi erect or 90% etc and start stretching it, we are stretching the spaces in the penis filled with blood and makeing them longer than normal ... this wont happen when flaccid, the tunicae isnt going to get hit as much even in the angles that hit it such as certain hanging exercises ... gains do happen, many guys proof of that here BUT if done semi erect I think more length gains will come about.

Look at the girth gains concept and wet jelqing ... get erect and jelq, which engorges the penis and milks it over and over with more blood and in time the penis grows back thicker and bigger .... if done flaccid it wont grow back thicker, but reports of flaccid length have been reported ?:( I cant comment.

So yes, erections while stretching for me make GREAT SENSE but I feel newbies should stay well away until they can do Penis Enlargement with good form and know their own limitations and what sensations mean what during the exercises.

I will say that expressive stretching done semi erect is AWESOME and I can see much of my inner penis comming out from that.

We just need someone who is willing to experiment for at least 90 days stretching semi erect. Gains made by that person will serve a a pointer of what to expect when stretching in a semi erect state.

It's always this way. Testing needs to be done to figure out what works best
