I used to do these daily, but I feel that the isolated compression squeeze is just a tad bit better. The SSJ's are good, but I think the IC'S are excellent, my dick seems much more engorged with blood after these. I combine IC'S with 2- 15 minute sets of clamping. We'll see how it goes, but I got a good feeling about this.
 
I have been doing these in the past and I am so confident that these will make my girth gains easy I am just concentrating on length at the moment. When I did them the expansion was phenominal and although a lot of it was fluid build up I gained permanent girth in a very short time. The only thing about these is you need the trained hands of a shaolin monk as the lactic build up in your hands and forearms is a killer. I rate these number one for girth.
 
i'm using these in a routine where i am also wet jelqing and clamping for a certain period of time...after my session i am really thick...i believe they are working well with the conjunction with my other exercises

I did 5 SSJ in a row last night with my hand for a clamp.
I notice that my dick doesn't get as many spots when I do these all the pressure seems directed inside my dick. While I'm doing SSJ my girth must jump from 13cm to 13.5-14cm because it appears to be a lot thicker then a tiolet paper roll.
The thing is..when I release the grip my dick goes back to normal and I don't notice any temp gains after I'm done pe'ing.>:(

All and all I like these because not even when I do uli's or horses are my chambers so swelled up as when I do ssj. I don't get nearly as many supefical red and blue dots. But I do get feel soreness in my chambers from the stretch width ways.
