Hi guys, I'd like to know what should I prioritize in my pe routine if I only have 4-6h of free time. In my day off work, my routine look like this:


Length Routine (AM)

5 minutes bundled stretches
1. 6 minutes expressive stretching using the loop of LengthMaster
2. 30 secs for each of these stretches:
1) Straight Up to Center
2) DLD Blasters: 5x30 secs
3) Straight Down to Left (Under leg)
4) Straight Down to Right (Under leg)
5) Rotaries: 25 Cranks
6) Behind the Cheeks to Left
7) Behind the Cheeks to Right

3. Were SizeGenetics at Medium tension for 1h to help cement gains
4. Continue to were SizeGenetics at full tension for 3 more hours
5. After Length Session, Wrap penis with Ace Bandage until girth session


Girth Program: 5x5x3 (PM)

5 minutes bundled stretches

5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq OR Jelq

5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq OR Jelq

5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq OR Jelq

*Use cockring after girth session to keep expension

What should I keep? Can I do a 3-4h SG session then BM right after? Thanks

In a perfect world an srt type routine like that is the best. Personally my life is really chaotic I can't devote that much time all at once most days so I get in what I can. Sometimes I only get like 10-15 min a day sometimes I can devote several hours... gains add up as long as you are consistent and stay focused.
 
Looks good to me, you included everything you need. Always do length before girth or it becomes rather difficult to stretch while expanded. The only thing that I suggest to add is erect stretches 3 times a week for 5 minutes. These will help secure length gains. How long is this routine taking you to complete?

Never did everything at once but it's pretty long, But my question was about what to prioritize if I only have 4-6h? Should I just do 4h of SG then BM to get the most out of my 4-6h or should I keep all the manual work an do 2, maybe 3h of SG + BM?

To make the most of the routine you may want to do girth and length on separate days. Like Monday Girth, Tuesday Length, etc. This will allow you to concentrate on length exclusively and girth exclusively. It will also give you more time than if you did everything in one session or day.
 
Make showers, taking a piss, poopin your time to do some exercises.

It is a great help to those who need greater focus and it will actually bring gains faster as you will be able to put more exclusive effort into each area, length and girth.

If I were you, I will only use the length master and bathmate. Be on a 40mins to 1 hour length master routine and do your pumping session afterwards.
