I have one more question, concerning kegels and reverse kegels. I know kegels have muscles involved holding in your urine, but I'm having trouble locating reverse kegels. If it the muscle that has to do with urinating faster, or the muscle that has to do with pushing out crap faster? Ex. Pushing through butt or pushing through shaft.

The reverse kegel will use the muscles that you use when you are pushing urine out. I have heard people say that you have to be careful with the RK as you may shit your pants if you are not careful, lol

Looks like I've been doing them all wrong then. Thank you again for the helpful advice. I'm able to isolate both front kegels and reverse kegels from the butt and shaft. Won't be crapping myself.

You guys mentioned I should start adding in kegels. I currently do 150 kegels along with 150 reverse front/back kegels for balance. Since doing so my erections seems to be weaker still.
I have positive PI's so i doubt im over doing anything since ive been at this for a few weeks now. Although my erections seem weaker, my size is about the same but looks thicker.
Im not going to stop kegels since my pelvic floor muscles are weak, just thought I'd make mention of my experience so far.

At first (maybe 3 months) they can feel fatigued and sore which can give the weak feeling. Eventually your endurance will increase and the strength of the muscles will increase and you will start to reap the benefits. Do not get discouraged, keep up the good work and the spoils will follow.
 
Okay cool. Seemed like when I stopped measuring my size doesn't get as big as it used too. Maybe I'm over thinking it. Although, I was able to last a much longer time in bed. Usually the tight ones are my kryptonite, so I thought I was experiencing ED or something haha.

I used the bathmate for an hour today and got the suction to work by using vaseline at the base.

I got 1/4" expansion with no fluid retention which was more than I got using 5x5x3. It seems skin might be thicker down there or something since i never get retention.

Considering this should I just switch to using the bathmate daily or every other day on its own?

I use my BM every day except for rest days, usually Saturday and Sunday
 
Am I supposed to workout until EQ decrease, then take rest days? Or am I supposed to keep positive PI's?
Today I woke up with morning wood and my size is the same pumped up size as yesterday, without fluid retention of course.
 
If you eq starts to fall that may mean that you need to take a break. If I notice my eq dropping off I will cut back the intensity a little and this usually will correct it.
