hey every1 yesterday i finally tried the slow squash jelq and wow after only 3 repetitions my shaft was covered with 100's of little red spots. amazing exercise. what i do is slow squash jelq for 15 reps, then double horse clamped then afetr i get out of the hose constrictors i use the weakened tunica to work it. i believe afetr constrictors is the optimal time to workout the tunia because ti is weak and mroe pliable.try and youll c. how r your results with the slow squash jelq?

Those along with other things jumped me up to 6 EG. Something I was trying to get to for more than a year.
 
hey DLDizzle my nizzle, when i do the slow squash, when i push my palm into my head it makes a wierd crackling sound, no pain or no discomfort tho. you think slow squash is betetr then constrictors?

i would liek for ppl to post their results and how long it took them to getr esults once they imcorporated the slow squash

ive been doing SSJ's combined with clamping which is a pretty powerful combination

I do the SSJ's clamped as well. I try them with Cialis and sometimes feel like I am going to pop its that intense.
 
how do you do them clamped? without a clamp i grip at the base with a hard ok grip. how do i do it clamped?
 
I can still grip while clamped. I grip either just above or just below the clamp. I notice if I grip above then I get 10% more pump while doing the SSJ.
 
I've been doing a variation of the SSJ for months now. I have batters dick, by choice, and squash the upper shaft more than the whole to keep the glans and shaft wider than the base. It really works. I kinda like my the heavy head and narrower base. It lends to better flaccid hang IMO.

Bigt, ALL girth exercises gave me better flaccid hang. The SSJ are just accentuating my assets. So focused Pe is the catalyst and batters dick is the result.
When I first started getting results from Pe years ago I noticed that I was getting better results with Uli's and squeezes toward the head than with anything else. So I sort of fixated and got batters dick. That's when i came up with Biguli, cause I was BIG on the Uli's at the time.The girls liked it, so I loved it! One girl said it reminded her of a blunt tool.

The gains are immediate, you will realize them after your first session. How long for them to stick is the real question:D I gained .25" permanently from these. I was always close to .5-.7 above my normal girth post workout. On my last break where I did absolutely nothing for 5-7 weeks (? can't remember:)) and at the end of the break I took a girth measurement and .25" stuck.
 
This thread combined with the pics DLD posted of how to do the SSj properly (I was doing it slightly wrong, but a HUGE difference in intensity) inspired me to hit these again today, and I am very pleased with the difference I'm feeling. I will be adding these back into my recently revised routine.
 
dld, wen you do the slow squash jelq , do you push your palm against the top part of the glans or against the bottom?? last 2 days ive been pushing my palm against the top. how many reps do you do? and hwo long did it take to get the .25?

man i low this slow squash except i use my hand differently. i find it easier to ok grip at base then squash not the way it sin the video where the ok grip it done frm the top. i do a jelq ok grip with my finegr tips touchin on the left side
 
These are now a part of my regular girth routines. I do a mix of them and short jelqs, no set number of either exercise, just mix it up the whole 30-45 minutes I work girth and the pump I get is incredible. Like when I've worked girth in the past, my pumps stick around for many hours after a session. I hit girth today for example, and about 9 hours later my erect girth....hard girth...not spongy at all was still up a solid 1/4" over what it would normally be.
