Just wondering your though Family, Whats more Effective, 1 hr. of Manual Stretches a day or Jes Extender 6-8 hrs a day???

I will do Newbee Routine 3 times a day. Morning Evening, and Before Bed 20min each session.

I also will do 1 hr Pump for girth broken down in 6 ten minute sets, once per day!

I would like a Quick .5 to 1 inch gain in 30 days with this routine!

Do you think it will work, I also lift weight, tale L-arginine, and protien shakes.
I workout 5 days a week!

Please let me know your thoughts....
 
Just about anything will be better over the long haul than something like a JES extender for effective, permanent length gains.

Those things measure tension in units of "grams". You can pull with pounds with your hands. However, you can't pull for anywhere near as long. Many men claim very nice length gains from only manual work. I bore too easily to stick with a manual stretching exercise. The whole concept just never thrilled me. I couldn't really feel anything going on that made me want to continue to use my hands. Girth work though, yea every time I did jelqs, clamping, squeezes, etc...I could SEE and FEEL the results.

That's why I've always preferred hanging weights. I can feel the stretching going on, and it lasts the whole 15-20 minutes you have your hanger on (assuming you use a home made, or BIB type hanger)....or the HOURS you wear it if you use a Max \/ac type hanger.
 
I wouldnt expect to see .5 or 1 inch in 30 days mate! U never know but its better to prepare for a longer haul than that!

Its an interesting question, the theory behind extenders is the use of traction. A GENTLE force applied over a long time! I dont know if more forceful manuals would be classified as using traction?? I found my hands got sore holding all the tension in the stretches so I have just begun with an extender!

stillwantmore2...how long have you been hanging? Its an area of Penis Enlargement I havent looked into! Do you find hanging effective for length gains? Also do you find it safe?

I've been hanging off and on very inconsistently for about 8.5 years. YES it works. It takes a lot of time. It's been the most rewarding Penis Enlargement I've done though, having gained a permanent 2" in length from it so far. My penis still works.

I just read Bibs post on his history and background! Very interesting. He says he thinks hanging is the best length gainer! How long per day do you think you would have to hang to see gains? I mean Bib had the time to hang all day...do you think 3 sets of 20 mins would work?

I am quite intrigued by the idea of hanging now...can hanging attachment device be purchased or must they be made yourself?

Newbie Stretches in a Short time..

They Newbie Stretches are only 2omin or so... I am going to Do 3 Twenty Minutes session per day!!!

What do u think, wouldn't that be 3 times as fast????

just like the say the Longer you wear the Tracktion Device the Faster the Gains, Right???

You can gain with a hour total daily, but following that methodology, you must continue to add weight every couple weeks. Otherwise, on this abbreviated hanging routine, the penis quickly adapts to the weight. When you are able to hang/stretch for a couple, or a few hours at a time the penis stays stretched for longer periods vs minutes here, minutes there...with HOURS of recuperation time in between. It's always going to be better to stretch for an hour or longer at a time vs 15-20 minutes.

You can make your own hanger, but with the options available, and the fact that this is your penis which you can make permanently longer...why not invest a little $$ and do it right?
 
Both manual work and extender work works very good. They should not be seen as one style VS. another, both are a part of the Penis Enlargement family and complement eachother very good.
Manual works powerful short time, and extender low force but during long sets of time.
If you do both of them, you will see greater length results that using just one method.
My best length gains have come from doing DLD blasters prior to putting on the extender. Reaching new lengths inside the extender goes faster that way.

But set realistic goals. 0,5" in one month could work, but see Penis Enlargement as a long run, and have a long time goal besides your realistic short term ones.

The circle device looks really interesting, except for the price.

Is there a place I could buy a hanger then? A GOOD one? I guess I should be asking in the hanging froum really but since your here:)

Do you think hanging works well with other forms of Penis Enlargement such as manuals, pumping and extnder usage? I never know how much damn rest I need and when I should do what! I quite fancy giving it a go for maybe up to 1-2 hours per day! I presume you have to be standing up for the duration of the hang?

Also...if you go for 1-2 hours in one sitting...doesnt your circualtion to the head get shut down ?

Take a stroll over to mynewsize.com/forum Register as a free member. You'll learn a lot more about vacuum hangers. They do not cut off blood flow to the glans. They can also be used as either a hanger, or stretcher. From my own personal experience with what works (for me anyway) I'd suggest focusing on ONE method for lengthening. Just keeps things simpler. You can stand, sit, walk, etc. Depending on whether you decide to hang weights, or stretch All Day Stretching (ADS) style. Go explore, and become enlightened. The days of losing blood flow to the glans while hanging/stretching are long over.

A good stretching session can be as short as a few minutes long. Even at the most advanced levels of training, an hour of stretching is still excessive.

Will check it out man:) Do you advice the vacuum hanger over the BIB starter model then? I must admit I watched the hanging tutorial vid (which uses a BIB)...it looked like that thing must cut off ALOT of circulation!

I do advocate the Max \/ac now. I used to do the same with the BIB before something better for the penis came along.

Everyone is different mate! Some people do gain 0.5 inch in a month or so, I wasnt so lucky! But the key is...If you want something, keep working till you get it! Dont give up:) Find what works for you!

Just doing 3 times as much could lead to quicker gains, it could equally lead to over training?! Some believe you can over train, others dont, maybe its just different for different penis's??If you havent yet tried the newbie routine thats a good place to start:)

Traction devices are gentle, manuals are more forceful. I dont know if doing LOADS of manuals works or not...still trying to figure that one out:)
