H i guys,
I've gained a ton of info from here inculiding 1 1/4 inch in length. I'm almost to my my goal of 8 x 6. What is the quickest way you have found to increase either/both length and girth?

I have been jelqing and stretching (blue whale's stretch) for over a year. Most of my growth came in the first few months. Since then, I have plateaued and am having a hard time breaking that last 1/4 inch of length. I have 15 to maybe 20 minutes a day to make this work. What would be your best suggestion?

First off, congratulations on your gains! That's far more than most of the people gain.
To your question, I guess if anyone knew the answer then it would be no need for such a website/forum. It's actually the main concern Penis Enlargement'ers have, we can't tell for sure what exercises need to be done in order to get the maximum potential. Well, there are theories like the LOT theory, but again these are just theories. Imo it takes luck and a good portion of will to brake a plateau and realize big gains - oh and lots of time in order to try new exercises/methods.
I don't want to leave you with this answer though, because all that I've written might be correct (or might not) and it's my opinion, but the purpose of this post should be to help you :). Because I believe that some aspects of the LOT theory are valid (not all), I suggest you test your LOT. Then, if you have a very low LOT, work on your tunica for example, but don't do 100% tunica work. Also work on your ligaments in order to max out possible gains. I will list a few of my favorite exercises for the ligaments/tunica.
Ligaments:
- Footlong stretches
- Sock stretches
- BTC (these will fry your ligs)

Tunica:
- DLD bundled stretch
- __________ stretch with sock (where you hook the sock at the base)
- TOW stretches by Redzulu (these will hurt for the first two to three weeks like hell, but after your skin is loose enough you'll experience an amazing tunica stretch)
- Any upward stretches basically

I've been at 5.5 girth for as long as i can remember, i never really tried any girth routines as i was happy with it. However, recently i thought i should round up 5.5 to the nice round number of 6.

I've been clamping and doing clamped Horses440s and damn. I have gotten a lot thicker in the past week, it really is noticeable so now i swear by them.

For length, as the lazyhanger says, BTC's are a must and i like heavy downward stretching mixed in with some __________ V-Stretches. I think if you're not using tools, those 3 exercises are so vital in gaining all round as it covers your girth, your ligs and your tunica for length and combined with your jelqing you have a good main structure.
 
For me what i have experienced it is intensity is key to changes.nholding your cock in a stretch doesnt change anything.
You gotta rip the tissue so it can regrowth. So whatever you can do to break your barrier will be key to growth.
Thats why a 1000 exercises is a good thing to have. But we only need a few at the time
 
Intensity is definitely a criterion, but for guys who hit a plateau it mostly isn't enough. You have to put duration to your workout as your tissues need to be elongated for a certain amount of time in order to grow. Working 30-40 minutes a day isn't enough at most cases .Imo shock routines won't work and/or would cause a risk of injury. That's why a lot of people switch to hanging after they hit a plateau, it might be a little bit more time consuming, but you're gaining almost effortless and in the long run it definitely pays off as you can constantly regulate the weight and put your penis under higher stress to provoke gains.
 
Up the intensity. Try pumping to help with girth but also it aids length. We have hanging which is great for length. Check the home-made Snake-Hanger here by Kingsnake who has grown a kingsnake!
Extenders are a good supplement to the hangers and intense manual stretching. DLD blasters, Blue_Whale mangingo stretch and mother of all ligaments stretches are very powerful. Those and quite a few various others work well but they stick in my mind the most.

Girth manual work we got horse squeezes, SSJ's, clamped edging, uli's and wet jelqs.
 
Those are really some excellent answers above. Personally I'm going to go with saying the Bathmate, length and girth, easy and fun.
 
People don't like to hear this, but I'll say it: Hard-work! Penis Enlargement is hardwork and I won't sugarcoat it. If you want the best gains, you have to put in time and effort. If you're doing little time, use high intensity and longer stretching reps ( I.E, stretch for a minute longer+ ). I now do almost 2 minutes of stretching in each exercise. But my routine is only variations. I don't do one set of exercises, I do MANY. You want to shock the muscle enough for growth. That's the real truth. Noone else won't say it, but us.
