Lately I have been keeping a record of my results for my pumping and clamping routine:

Unwanted length gain

I have gained a quarter inch in length using heavy air pumping and clamped horsies. I am only focused on girth. I think because I maxed out the pump size it's adding length. I was 8.25 for the past 6 years (since I was 18) and now I'm 8.5 and it's been only 3 weeks of this routine
Girth wise I notice I'm getting wider but it's not a noticeable measurement increase
I am trying to gain girth but I guess maybe if I'm gaining length it could aid in girth later so in gonna stick with it and see and maybe add some clamped ssj and some slinkys while I'm fresh out the pump
The most important thing us srt thought wear a cock ring all day I use the string from my Hoodie

Week later :
A week has past since I wrote this and the length is staying consistent
The pressure it takes to fill the chamber is getting less n less which to me is good because it means there's been some type of gain
I plan on going with this fir 9 months
I do an hour in the pump daily from mon-fri with girth srt then weekends COMPLETELY OFF.
Now I'm kind of liking this length so my official goals are
9x6.5
9x6.75
9x7
Vacuum Pumping is def underrated
Never tried Bathmate but once I can afford on I will do the same air pump routine but also add short sets of Bathmate as well I will buy the X-40 because I am already big enough for it but by the time I actually get one I will have gained as well by then

Pumping with a condom on is amazing!!!! I've been in the pump for 2 hours straight and I feel no discomfort or urge to remove the pump at all! But I will take it off so I can do clamped horsies, clamped edge, then chill
Just took it off and there is massive fluid retention in my foreskin but barely ANY down my shaft
This is good because my shaft is getting the expansion it needs

I checked my width on Monday and it is actually expanding!
Before pe I was as wide as 3 fingers on the 1st set of finger knuckles
After on and off pe for 1 or 2 years I was a little past the first knuckle
Now I am moving very close to the 2nd knuckle which is my final goal
After pumping and clamped horsies and something I call *base ulis I am at the 2nd knuckle

The penis has two legs deep down in the inner part of the groin. Pinching them while kegeling fills the whole penis up. Every now and then just glide the grip like 2 cm up you will feel even more expansion.once you are fully pumped up, hold your kegal for as long as you can
I do these while clamped after an hour (or 2 with condom on) session inside the vacuum pump.
I do pump clamped horsies clamped base ulis and clamped edging
Mon tue fri
I do pump and clamped edging
Wed thu
Then I leave the penis alone for the weekend to heal without any disturbances
As for srt I wear a hoodie string as a clamp/cock ring. I wear them all day five days a week and sleep with it in a looser fashion mon tue wed nights
Occasionally I uncle Jim wrap after a workout but not too often since length is not my priority

This is really working but it is BLOODLAAT intense so if one were to venture forth I would say have at least a year or two of pe experience and the experience should have a lot if prior girth work especially because your veins will be more developed and not explode
 
Pumping is a good form of srt because I never turtle after I pump no matter how intense my manual work is I do not turtle if pumping was the last thing in the routine
 
I do Pumping started at 6 inch length and 5.75 inch girth. After about 3 months, i had gained 1" in length and 1/3" in girth. It is difficult to gain easily in girth. i would say be careful and do it regularly. And find your comfort level to be comfortable .

Focus on doing the 5x5x3 routine for girth. It will give you all the gains you need.
