I originally did pe about ten years ago as I was just about completely average, at about 5.6 bpel and a little under 5 in girth. My first go at pe took me all the way up to sslammers, which honestly just became too draining and ceased to be fun. I quit out hitting 7.75 bpel and a smidge above 5 in girth.

Then came years of edging for fun, which netted no gains but I definitely credit it for cementing my stats. I lost a little length to be 7.5 and my girth settled at 5. I was content with that for a long while. Especially considering I had a very small fat pad and I have had very little difficulty diagnosing a woman from the inside with that.

A couple years ago I did more of the slammers for a few months just to prove a point. I got around 5.3 before my lady started complaining it was too much. I stopped completely and let the gains go, but I have wwanted get to 6 since I originally started all those years ago. HHonestly, last time was a bit of an improv and it stopped being fun quickly as I genuinely don't enjoy slammers.

Bringing me to my current play at pe. I decided to jump into a shock routine, as I am very in tune with my unit and I was just tired of being less than I'm happy with. The major difference this time is I plan to enjoy it as much as possible.

I made my own version of the slammer that ties together the Uli, horse 440, rotary bends, back and forth bends, o bends, and jelqs, with a ton of kegals to maximize production. I started using cock ring edging in an SRT capacity. Picked up a bathmate, and I have made it over 6 at base girth and a solid 5.9 mid shaft. My length has stayed the same but I really wasn't going for any originally, so mission accomplished in under 3 months.

I'm now using cock ring edging to cement gains in girth and am experimenting with a dual fulcrum jelq as I have a foreskin that is genuinely prohibitive for stretching and a lot of low/no erection jelqs and bathmate stretches to try and force that extra inch in length I really want to see.

I'm definitely going to contribute here. So here's my introduction. Much great work has been done here and I'm happy to contribute.
 
What a great history you have and I think with your previous gains you will have a much easier time adding to that since your belief factor is so great. I am glad you have taken SRT into consideration, it really is the smartest way to train. I am also happy you see the great potentials of the BathMate, my advice on this is to follow the SRT BathMate Routine. Since you have created your own girth exercise you can use that in place of the jelq in the super-sets directed in SRT. Looking forward to your gains and contributions! Welcome to the Brotherhood!
 
Dang two inches in length is a lot of gains all those years ago, I bet you will get even more huge

I am certain I'm going to stay on my current routine concentrating on length.

Morning, 5 minutes dual fulcrum jelq stretch.
15 minutes low/no erection jelqs.
2 15 minute sets cock ring edging with 25 slow jelqs after each.
20 minutes bathmate with 8 1 minute hard stretches.

Afternoon, 5 minutes dual fulcrum jelq stretch
15 minutes low/no erection jelqs
2 15 minute cock ring edging with 25 slow jelqs after each.

Night, 5 minutes dual fulcrum jelq stretch.
15 minutes low/no erection jelqs.
4 15 minute cock ring edging ssets with 200 jelqs in between with decreasing erection levels.
20 minutes bathmate with 4 hard 1 minute stretches.

Off days are pretty much the same less the jelq stretches, bathmate stretches (still 2 20 minute sessions), and 2 ten minute sessions of cock ring edging 3 times a day.

Aside from the jelq stretches it's mostly enjoyable. I'm pretty sure I'm noticing gains in length after about 10 days on this routine. Only change I might make is getting a vac ads for the extra benefits of the SRT theory.

But I'm pretty sure my routine is adequate.
 
i love to hear that you got nearly 1 inch in girth in 3 months with the bm and having not used it before , cant wait to get me one as soon as i am employed they seem to make girth more fun then it is XD weird how you dont like slammers i love em

This looks like a kick ass workout! Good job putting it together. If you start to get fluid retention in your BathMate you might want to practice shorter sets with some jelqing in between each set. Other than that the only other thing I suggest is to get you Kegels in everyday for an increase in erection strength.
 
Much kegals with the edging. I can flat out no a couple full out no three ejaculations before a workout is blown. Definitely reverse kegaling for stretches and as much as I can stand for all those jelqs.

I think I may be a little lucky with how much my unit can handle. No problems with eq or retention. I'm finally doing a routine I want to do and the gains keep coming. I will say it's a bit tenuous to spend this much time on it, but if I'm right about how my unit is responding length wise, it shouldn't be long before I get to maintenance jelqing.

Of course by long I mean another 3 months, but the progress is so encouraging that I wonder if I can bring myself to not super size it.
 
dang, 1 inch girth in 3 months is miraculous. How much of that would you reckon to be a result of your individual slammers and how much of your bm sessions? How much had you gained before you got the bm and when did you buy it?
btw. what are o bends`never heard it. And which kinds of Ulis are you referring to? There are so many different interpretations of that exercise....

We hear of gains like this all over the forum due to how advanced we have become in PE. Back in the old days this was unheard of, it is so cool we have the advanced exercises and tools that we do.
 
The Move (absolutely NOT for newbies)

Warm up; 10 minutes edging.

Get 100% erect
Ok grip at base
2+ strong kegals to 110%+
Hold 5 seconds
Move grip up 1/2 inch
Hold 5 seconds
Squeeze blood out of head with other hand
Hold 15 seconds until rigitity lessens
While holding both grips, bend back as far as you can safely.
Rotate around 5 times. Should take 15+ seconds.
Return the shaft to being straight.
2+ huge kegals
Bend the shaft forward and back 10 times. Like a ratchet. Should take about 10 seconds.
Return shaft to being straight.
2+ huge kegals.
Bend all the way forward. Like folding it in half. You should feel a good deal of pressure at the fold. I try to keep the fold near the top to target the upper shaft.
Hold for ten seconds.
Release head
50 light jelqs to recirculate.

The pump from just these was pretty good. I'm convinced that there is a synergy between girth work like this and the bathmate that really shouldn't be overlooked. It prevents turtling, improves the pump, and really seems to do pretty well on it's own.

My former girth routine.

Morning
2 15 minute sets cock ring edging
20 minutes bathmate.

Twice a day between morning and routine
2 15 minute cock ring edging

Night routine
24 of "The Move"
2 15 minute cock ring edging
20 minute bathmate session

A bit more intense than what I'm up to now. Worked quick and I'm glad I plodded through it.

Yea. I get that.

My hope is that going Rambo on it now will allow me to be lazier in the long run. Want to get to just jelqs and edging by years end. Honestly, I can edge for fun just because why not?

so you're hoping to reach your goal by years end? i enjoy using equipment intensely.

as i type this i am doing bundled LM stretches using resistant band with tension at 15 lbs!!! hands free!!!!

Is there a particular part that doesn't make sense? It's really just treating girth exercises as modular pieces to the traditional supra slammer.

Part 1 is Uli/horse
Part 2 is heli bends
Part 3 is back and forth bends fairly rapid
Part 4 is an o bend
Part 5 is jelqs

After the horse I am about 75/80% erect. I don't force a 90 degree angle for the heli bends. I go as far as I'm comfortable with. The rest of it I just keep ballooning through to keep it effective.

My understanding of an o bend; achieve a ballooned to semi and fold to create the pressure point. Is that wrong? I could have misunderstood.

I feel wordy. Do I look wordy?
 
I like it wordy and find your description very descriptive. No problems to comprehend it on my side.
