Part 1 is Uli/horse
Part 2 is heli bends
Part 3 is back and forth bends fairly rapid
Part 4 is an o bend
Part 5 is jelqs

After the horse I am about 75/80% erect. I don't force a 90 degree angle for the heli bends. I go as far as I'm comfortable with. The rest of it I just keep ballooning through to keep it effective.

My understanding of an o bend; achieve a ballooned to semi and fold to create the pressure point. Is that wrong? I could have misunderstood.

I am certain I'm going to stay on my current routine concentrating on length.

Morning, 5 minutes dual fulcrum jelq stretch.
15 minutes low/no erection jelqs.
2 15 minute sets cock ring edging with 25 slow jelqs after each.
20 minutes bathmate with 8 1 minute hard stretches.

Afternoon, 5 minutes dual fulcrum jelq stretch
15 minutes low/no erection jelqs
2 15 minute cock ring edging with 25 slow jelqs after each.

Night, 5 minutes dual fulcrum jelq stretch.
15 minutes low/no erection jelqs.
4 15 minute cock ring edging ssets with 200 jelqs in between with decreasing erection levels.
20 minutes bathmate with 4 hard 1 minute stretches.

Off days are pretty much the same less the jelq stretches, bathmate stretches (still 2 20 minute sessions), and 2 ten minute sessions of cock ring edging 3 times a day.

Aside from the jelq stretches it's mostly enjoyable. I'm pretty sure I'm noticing gains in length after about 10 days on this routine. Only change I might make is getting a vac ads for the extra benefits of the SRT theory.

But I'm pretty sure my routine is adequate.

Training in the form of super set is what gave me all the gains I made in length. Your routine looks solid but you need to throw in some SSJ to make the girth gains come faster.
