Hi,

I've started in January 2010 being 6.49" NBPenis EnlargementL, 7.08" BPenis EnlargementL, 5.7" MSEG, but really got into it in March 2010 after I figured I was not stretching correctly (was gripping with the foreskin and I'm uncut)

I did DLD's newbie routine for some 6-8 months and ended up 6.88" NPBEL, 5.9" MSEG (6.10" EG on the base), but I think I was not stretching enough (hardly felt any soreness to the ligs) and was more focusing on jelgs and some ulis.

I also bought both Bathmates models and focused more on just using them 20 min per day than doing stretches or jelqs for 2-3 months without any permanent gain apparently (except temp gain of course)

Not much length gains then, but I had some signs, like stretch marks (half a inch I would say), and hair growing along the shaft (which I understand now you must try to bypass, by holding the skin at the base)

Had to stop Penis Enlargement for many months because of common issues (misc Penis Enlargement injuries, privacy, work, etc..)

I decided to really get back into business this September 2011 and I'm now using this routine :

1) In the morning, I take advantage of my erection and dry jelq 50-100 times (each hand 30-50 times), then put a rubber cockring (not too tight) all morning long to keep the expansion as much as possible

2) At noon, after lunch I take testosterone and arginine pills

3) Then I go for a strech session of about 1 hour (but actual stretch time would be more like 30-45 min as I often get erect and need to cool down to proceed). I warmup 3 min in a hot shower before.

In this session I do (changing hands everytime, 30-60 sec each, using a rubber glove as grip aid) :

4 stretches down
4 stretches on each sides (2 left/2 right)
4 stretches forward
4 rotary (25 crancks)
Can't manage to strech upwards much (don't really feel anything)

Then,

4 to 6 "V-Stretches" using a pvc stick under my legs (and I stretch my penis blocked under the stick forward as hard as possible). I certainly "feel" these stretches ! ;)

4 DLD Blasters (as long as I can)
4 __________ stretches (as long as i can)

I go progressively to avoid lig pops (that I used to have a lot when I started, because of course going too hard too fast), but end up stretching as hard as I possibly can (even if it hurts)

4) Then, when I have some time left, I do some wet or dry jelqs (50-100), some edging like 15-20 min in front of �naked people movies�, then put my cockring back and go about my business

5) At night, I take again the testosterone and arginine pills, remove the cockring and go for a girth session with the Bathmate

- Warmup in hot tub for 3 min
- 6 min max in X-40 at max pressure (entering erect)
- Then I do 40 SSJ (20 each hand) + 150-200 2 sec wet Jelqs
- 5-6 min in X-40 (hurts too much in X-40 then) at max pressure (entering erect)
- 40 SSJ + 150-200 wet jelqs
- 5-6 min in X-40 max pressure erect
- Putting back the cockring when I'm as expanded /erect as possible
- Warmup (actually cooling down) in the same hot tub


6) When I have time, and before going to bed, I go edging and training to stay as long as possible erect/excited in front of �naked people movies�, generally some 30 min to 1h max (or the other option is to go have fun with my wife which is the best exercise of course :D)

7) Then I remove the cockring and go to bed to have some 6-8 hours of rest

I do this Mon/Tue & Thu/Fri, and usually I have privacy issues on Wednesday, saturday, sunday, so these days I do what I can so generally half the routine or less, or just the girth session in the hot tub

Unfortunately because of work, sometimes I also have to almost stop everything (again except some girth work in the evening) generally 1 week every 2 months

So in the end my question is : Do you think that this time that will be enough to see some actual length gains ? ?:(

I intend to go up to 8.5" BP (would not mind if I end up incidentally 9" :s) and 6.3-6.5" MSEG (7" would be a dream, but not necessarily realistic). I'm currently 7.67" BPenis EnlargementL, and 6.1 MSEG

Forgot to mention, that I try to do every stretch doing a reverse kegel even if I'm not 100% sure of what a reverse kegel is. I basically do the opposite of what I do when I kegel during the day, i.e relaxing the whole area where I normally feel the kegel, is that correct ?

Also, when I go for a pee (kind of hiding in the toilet), sometimes I try to stretch 30 sec down, front, side, then jelq for about 60 times, just trying to have the penis exercising as many times and often as I can. Not sure if it's killing the gains or improving them :?

A kegel is a flex of the pelvic floor muscles a un-flex, or push, is a Reverse Kegel. The muscle movements can be found best when urinating. When stopping the flow of yrine you are kegeling when you stop the flow of urine you are doing a reverse kegel. It is great to do stretches every chance you get, piss pulls, as they are called, many men do to supplement their work.
 
My personal opinion is that you are probably spreading yourself out too much there.

Do all your stretches in one session and all your jelqs/girth in one session. My personal opinion is that 600 jelqs followed by a cock ring will be more intense/effective than little small sessions.

Thanks for the feedback Rakas,

I know it seems like I'm doing a little bit everytime, but I've started reading DLD's thread about the SRT and my understanding is that the whole idea behind it, is to stress the penis or to keep your penis as often and long as possible in the "exercising" state (i.e : many jelqs sessions, to have the penis expanded more often, etc..). Anyway, after my Stretch session, I don't really jelq a lot there, more like maintenance jelqs to make the blood flow, not really exercising

But I'll take your advice and think I'll also change it some days and go for some Intense Girth sessions of like 600 jelqs in a row, then cockring on, and edging for 1h like If I was "clamping" it, then nothing else the next day (just rest)

As in many things, Diversity is probably a Key in Penis Enlargement to prevent your penis from getting used to one routine and stress mode

I completely agree with this - try it and see

Thread title is good though. Oh no I gained length, how could that happen, better have my doctor check it, routine for him anyways...

Yes, sorry for the confusion on the thread title, but I'm not showing off at all here. On the contrary If you check my stats in the post, It's more like I've been Penis Enlargementing for almost 2 years now (rather inconsistently and almost with a 3-6 month pause too that's true) and hardly got 1" of length gain :(

When you read DLD getting 2" in just 6 months of newbie routine, you can't help but think you're obviously doing something wrong (or because of SRT ?) :/

So to focus back on the post, the goal of it was really to make sure my current routine is a correct one this time to reach my goal (8,5"-8,6" max in length BPenis Enlargement)

What do you think of it ?

Well, just tried doing 600 jelqs and I must say that's not that easy (or I must do very fast ones, instead of doing the slow ones that I use to do). My arms get tired after about 350 in a row :p

So I think, I'll continue to split 300+300 instead (Bathmate and SSJ in between), then cockring

Why not break it down even more and do 100 jelqs followed by 5 minutes in the Bathmate, do this 3 times and both Bathmate and Jelqing is done. You will get better expansion this way and your hands will not become so tired.

Take the test. and arginine pills on an empty stomach, then eat 15-20 minutes later, this is what I've been told by weightlifters, people at the bodybuilding stores etc.
 
Also try taking the arginine 30 min before doing any exercise (including Penis Enlargement), that's how I was told to do it
