Hi guys,

I've been doing PE on and off, but in Oct 2014, I made a promise to myself that I would see it through for at least 3 months before deciding to move on.
All I did was 2 sets of the basic stretches in the beginner routine. I did it EVERYDAY except Saturday. Apart from my designated off-day, I missed only 3 workouts.

I didn't jelq and I did kegels infrequently. I wanted a longer penis for a start and I am really happy with the results. All you need is the basics + consistency. A longer penis is yours for the taking if you have the discipline.

Oct 2014

BPFSL - 16.7 cm = 6.6"

BPEL - 16.5 cm = 6.5"

Jan 2015

BPFSL - 19.6 cm = 7.7"

BPEL - 19.2 cm = 7.5"

Right now I'm at 7.5x5.75.. My goal is to gain 0.5-1" more on length and start jelqing to get about half an inch on my girth. Now that the 3 month period is over, I want suggestions for a more intense routine to help me get an 8-8.5" penis.

You can add 0.5 in erect girth by doing SlowSquashJelqs and Kegels, you heard about SSJ?

Thanks for the positive comments! I appreciate it. Any ideas for me to gain a further 0.5-1 inches in length? Something a bit more intense than the beginner stretches I feel would be necessary.

you can try hanging the best way for length gains....if not then expressive stretching and __________ stretches is the best way to get the internal penis out...
do rotary cranks for every angle of penis....also DLD blasters for the lower penis ....

for girth
ssj full form slow squash jelqs are by far the best,fastest and most intense exercise for girth gains and it is next level of normal jelqs.....it is basically getting 100% erect and then grabbing at base of penis to stop the blood from exiting....now with other hand grab the glans and squeeze to force the blood out and in the shaft.....move the blood around like bend penis, twist to right or left etc so there is pressure every where....this will cause a major pressure from inside to expand . like jelqing has one sided force ..in this there is dual force.....the best way to see the pressure is that the penis veins start to pop out...
If you dont feel any of this then try a cockring or thick shoelace at base for restriction of blood from flowing out.....then you will notice your penis is full of blood making it twice its size.....you wont be hard but feeling very hard becuz of blood in there and then do the erecise........
before you do ssj's always do some normal jelqs for 5 minutes inorder to get ready for that intense one...

hai bro congrats for your gains....can you brief me your routine in detail
are doing your routine daily or any rest days
are you stretching with intense force or light pull
for each stretch for how long you are holding 30 sec , 1 minute or more.

I'd say stick with the length work that's working and add in the jelq and kegals. More intense work may never become necessary if you're lucky. Maybe measure monthly and see how it's going. If the gains stop then you should look at more advanced material.

Great work GGS, Congratulations and I hope your exsperience goes to inspire others to do the same. 1 inch in 3 months is an amazing accomplishment, you must feel great. 8 x 6 is right around the corner!
 
Need motivation I'm 7.7x6.5 and in need of motivation to get to 8 I feel like I've platued so how long will it take to overcome this broskiis? Thank you in advance.

Indeed it does and I am so happy so many are finally seeing this. The PowerAssist can not be compared to any other tool and no other tool can do what the LM can. It is worth every penny and this is realized when you see how quickly you can gain.

I did measurements before I started with the LM and plan to start a new thread in the Routines section this evening but I don't see any reason why you would not make gains if you stick with your routine.
 
That's awesome news cause I have one. I am uncut and worried about stretching my forskin. I put it on the shelf cause I bled the first time trying to bundle and do a behind the cheeck stretch/: but I am willing to try again. How do you wrap uncut I researched the forum but can't find a clear way to do it. Thanks in advance

You will need to retract the foreskin and then wrap in. Without retracting foreskin you will be stretching mostly skin but with it retreated it is pure ligament and shaft stretching. It can be uncomfortable at first but it is worth getting used to as gains in length come so much faster this way and the foreskin remains as is.

Man these were awesome gains. I'm coming up to my 3 month mark in a few weeks, kicking myself for not staying consistent but just by looking currently I'm sure I've had an increase of around 0.5" in 3 months and that's with essentially taking 2/3 weeks off but we will find out properly in a few weeks.

Awesome gains though man!
