Yeah, this has kinda strayed off from lazy bastards idea of a workout lol but I said Intense it must be like that because you do nuthing else with Penis Enlargement so every minute counts to get the growth in for the future.

CumKiller, their is no warm-up or warm-down .... you can do the Ice/Hot treatment I lined out at the end, but it isnt needed and was an extra to relax the penis from the fuckin hammering it just took.
Also you dunno what to do??? lol I have linked each exercise so read-up son and get ya lazy ass into gear.

I shall make amends for the lazy cunts here, or the Im buisy man lol instead of doing 5 mins each exercise do 2 thats TWO minutes each exercise, get a watch and time the bastard.
If you have NO TIME or are SO FUCKIN LAZY than do JUST 2 MINUTES EACH EXERCISE and thats done than in 30 minutes tops and you can get on with sitting on ya smelly ass lol but I much prefer you all to try the full routine as its more productive.

Also dont take my language to heart, I'm just messin about and aint trying to offend anyone, lets pretend Im the Penis Enlargement instructer and your the lazy fat guy, now get to work.

Your lazy and short of time than this is for you, why? because its Hardcore intense on your penis in such short times, bordering on explosive speed sets, well you could say its a hardcore speed set for Penis Enlargement lazy bastards, but it works well as your doing it INTENSE and with variety on a reguler basis.

This will also help some of you in time, move-on into other routines where they are more varied for your needs, when you have built the motivation from this to do that, it can help you out in them needs too.

I also forgot to mention, you can skip the clamping part also.
However as all you need to do is get erect and clamp for 10 mins it hardly worth skipping, but a lazy ass will be a lazy ass.
 
well iam pretty lazy, I dont have a lot of time to do Penis Enlargement so I just hang, pump, and jelq sometimes do blasters in between hanging and the jelq. I really hate using my hands for some reason I guess i would rather have a weight straped on to it, if that makes sense. If I have 30 mins to an hour i will hang for 20 jelq for 20 and then pump for 5 jelq for 5 more and then more pumping and jelqing. If I have more time I will clamp and do other things but thats if I have more time.
 
I have never done pe before... what do u recommend i start doing, red? i'm serious and am willing to put hard work in for gains. right now i am 5.5 inches long and 5 inch girth. i would like to be 8 or more inches with really nice girth
 
its new so I dont think many have given it enough time, try it and see.
 
Im currently trying it, used it for about a week and a half. I have to say I like it alot. Seems to hit every aspect of your cock. I do notice that my girth has been more difficult to maintain so far with this program so I suggest adding more girth work to it. After I get done with the length work my cock feels like a limp noodle. I have to wait about a half hour to get an erection to do the girth.
 
The girth work I have in this routine is enough.
You do constricters, which are IMHO one if not the best girthwork out their.
Do 15 mins instead of 10 mins, or are you doing them at all???

ALso glad you like it, this should help alot with growth.

Finally another possibility for those with erectile problems after the lengthwork, is to do the Girth work first than do the length work.
 
I do not have the time/patience for much stretching. I stretch as I can which includes homemade hanger with 7 lps. I am 41. 11/03 5.75 BPenis EnlargementL x 4.5G. 8/04 6.75 x 5.25. I love the following with ���� and please give comments.

5 min. warm up
10 min jelq
5 min erect clamped/100 kegals
15 min uli's with bends clamped
15 min Horse 440's clamped and unclamped
5 min warm down

RED, I love ya man...but I have to laugh at the one exercide. The one that has us doing sit-ups for FIVE MINUTES STRAIGHT LOL God damn dude those are some pretty serious abs I'd need to be rockin.

Beyond that the routine looks sweet although way too advanced for me. Maybe in a few months.. :)
