For me it was the combination of exercises in super-sets that really helped me gain after I made my initial 2" gain. I needed to greatly increase intensity and time spent training to see further gains. Specifically the SlowSquashJelq with the BathMate made the biggest difference in girth work while the LengthMaster made the most difference in Length. In the beginning it was all manual work but I did get to the point that it was no longer enough. SRT is most likely the best routine I will ever write. I do have some changes I will make eventually but the basic structure of SRT is the best work I have ever created.
 
I dont knw, girth exercise work for me but not the stretching, someone can give me more advise about the stretching.

Dicks are fucking weird as hell.

I really don't know if there's a way to get your erect length to be longer than your flaccid except possibly erect stretches or just gaining more in general. You'd have an easier time decreasing your flaccid size, but that could carry over to a decrease in erect size.

If I'm being honest I have to say I wouldn't mind having that problem at all. If I had a flaccid that hung like that I'd learn how to walk with a pelvic thrust. Seriously.

Totally hear you on the fat pad. For better or worse the best way to deal with that is through exercise and a better diet. Regardless though, you've had some gains, and that's always awesome. Get huge and this will be an afterthought.

I hear ya brah, let me explain I love my flacid hang. Hell it even hangs in the winter when its cold! It used to shrivel up to a few inches long and I would have to go in and find it to take a piss in the winter. I noticed this winter regardless of temp., I have to reach in and pull it UP out of bottom of underwear and it just flops out, friggin awesome... But I do wish for another inch or two in erect length, and as long as I continue to make any gains, I will continue to hang. It is quite time consuming but I feel it has been worth it so far..

You know what I noticed about my flaccid hang since I have been away? When my bush grows in extra bushy I loose some serious length:) I am a hairy mofo! It looks like a small snake in a big bush:)
 
Update: Has it been this "long" since I posted..
I still do hanging 2x per week and jelq approx 3x a week. Hanging is very boring and I'm not sure I really gain much from it. Jelqing is time consuming, but I find it enjoyable. I have noticed I can hold out much longer in the bed now, probably due to desensitization. I remember first started hanging my dick would go numb, and would numb when fucking. That came and went. After two years or so on this routine, I have reached maximum erect size 8.0-8.1" by 6" head/6.25" base circumfrence. I will keep going, and maybe by the time I am 50 I might have a big dick...

Really have to have patience and maybe more "time on your hands" than I do... It does work though.

I'd say with those numbers you already have a big dick! Of course if you have fat pad (I do as well) it can make dimensions seem off. But seriously, those sound like pretty good numbers, congratulations! Especially girth wise, I'm having a big battle gaining in girth, always been kind of skinny in the girth department.

Just read through this whole post, I was not around when originally posted. Congrats on the gains and staying committed. Also your dick is already big haha maybe not to you but trust me many would kill for that size. Keep it up and possibly try to reduce the fat pad as mentioned. Also glad your back with us

The normal course of gains:

Gains in EQ > Followed by flaccid gains > Then erect gains

As long as you don't stagnate it appears you're on the right track :)
