I will try to do this but I'm not ready yet because I believe girth work would help give me a bigger flaccid don't you think?

No, a longer flaccid is very dependent on where the balls are. If high and tight the penis will turtle, so stretching the scrotum is paramount to flaccid length. Now what girth will help is flaccid girth and since your penis will be girthier it will be heavier so when you have done all of the above you will hang long and heavy.

So all I need to do is to pull on the balls sack daily to achieve this? There should be a routine specifically designed for this.

I used to be a grower with usually about a 4" flacid cock, but I hae noticed the more PE I do, the more I have turned into a show-er. With the 4" cock (hell it might have been shorter when cold, etc.) it would grow about 2-2.5 inches. Now whenever I Bone press check my length,non aroused not erect, it is usually about 6.5" but anywhere from 6 to 7 inches, flacid. The only downside to this is it is a bit false advertising, since I am only slightly over 7.5 inches fully erect, which is only .5-1.0 inches of growth from flacid to erect. Is this normal when you get bigger? To only grow additional inch to erect?

I can get up to 6.5 to 7 inches flaccid penis some times. It all depends on how loose my balls sack is.
