Hi Everyone,

I am using Bathmate for 1.5 yrs now and jelqing and stretching for 6 mths, so far I only got girth gains with very little length gain and I am not happy about this, been trying so hard for gains but end up nth.

My dick erect size if 5.5 inch, i want a 7 inch dick, current girth is 4.5 inch and want a 6 inch girth.

My routine is 10 mins stretching follow by 20 mins jelqing downwards then 20 mins Bathmate with 2 days of rest.

Now I join MOS and saw there are so many jelqing techniques.

Can anyone pls tell me a routine that will get both length and girth gains in 6 mths can I get 1 inch or more in length and girth.

It seems like i have wastes 1.5 yrs with very little gains.

Pls anyone help me.

Welcome. Have you looked at the S.R.T. routine yet?

Yes i did, but there is too much to read and there is too much content and I dont have all the toys that is mentioned there all i have is the Bathmate.

Is there any routine from the SRT that will fill my need for Length and Girth gains can you pls tell me which one.

With your BathMate you can use the 5x5x3 girth workout. This is at the heart of the girth portion of SRT. You can also include Hardcore Stretches in your Length portion of the routine. I would take up the manual stretching portion also to fill your length program. As far as the healing portions, you should be able to do Uncle Jim's Wrapping method after length work and use a cock ring after girth, both of these are very inexpensive. So a program for what you have will look like this:

Girth Portion BathMate 5x5x3
5 Minutes in the BathMate
5 Minutes of Jelqing

5 Minutes in the BathMate
5 Minutes of Jelqing

5 Minutes in the BathMate
5 Minutes of Jelqing

Stap on Cock ring to keep the pump as long as possible after training

Length Portion
5 Minutes doing Hardcore Stretches

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds

thx for the reply, have few questions to ask.

1. For Girth Portion you mentioned 5*5*3 for bathmate but I don't live alone so it's not easy convenient for me to pump up with water every 5 mins or I can buy an Air Pump instead will this work as well?

2. You mentioned in the Girth Portion do 5 mins jelqing but what kind of jelqing?

3. For length portion you said do the 5 mins hardcore stretch, what is this hardcore stretch?

4. What is Uncle Jims wrap after the length session?

5. Do I need to do all the girth and length portions in one sitting?

I am confused as I have the DVD and in there they mentioned to do the Phases 1 from the beginning and if no more gains in Phase 1 then move to Phase 2, but in the forum you are advising me to do the SRT, so which one to follow and which one will give me the best results in girth and length, its so confusing as everyone is saying different things.

Can anyone pls kindly advice, thx a lot

An air pump will work, just be careful not to injure yourself through top much air pressure.

You can go for any jelqing style you want but the original exercise that was made for the routine is the Slow Squash Jelq, which I believe to be the most powerful Jelq.

This is up to you. I like to keep girth and length separate because it allows me much greater concentration. I usually do Length in the AM and Girth in the PM.

SRT will eventually replace the Phases but for now I urge men to learn the basics through Phase 1, which is essentially equal to the 1st eek on SRT and from there they can just follow SRT as it is written. The DVD will always be relevant because it contains 100's of videos of exercises that are used.

Just a FYI I was in PE for 1 yr but with not much gains so I came to this forum to get further good advice.

My routine is as follows :

For Length :

Excellent routine. The only place I would make a change is in the pumping portion. Instead of going 20 minutes in the BathMate I would go for 5 minutes followed by 5 minutes of jelqing (or SlowSquashJelqing) and repeat 3 times. You can take the time away from the girth sets you have already created.
 
The reason I am doing 20 mins bathmate is for length and I do the stretches while I am in the bathmate.

Am I doing the length Streches wrong in bathmate?

So this is 20 minutes of stretching in the BathMate as in HardCore Stretches?
 
Yes correct, its for length and these are hardcore streches.

Is my routine for girth and length right, will I gain GIRTH and LENGTH?

And how much length and girth will I gain if I do my routine for 5 days and week and 2 days off?

If my routine is no good, pls advice which routine will be the most effective for Girth and Length?

Your routine looks great! I was just commenting on the Hardcore Stretches because you are going for 20 minutes, most don't go that long but it seems like you can handle it so good for you. You should see great gains with this routine. How long is hard to tell but consistently and keeping things progressively intense will bring gains fastest. 5 days on and 2 days off is typical to those who rest so this should not get in the way of your gaining. You could always add more time later if you feel you are ready.

Masturbation and sex are a healthy part of human sexuality so of course it is fine. Just be sure to get your girth work in first so you do not suffer from erection issues during the exercises but once done go have some fun!

Great advices, .. I'm reminded by the above question to add just two things:

Sex or masturbation to-issue (going so far that you come) .. if done immediately after a workout .. can cause most of your post-exercise tumidity to shrink and go away. This would be the opposite effect of (say) wearing a cockring after the workout to retain the swollen state and therefore also a lot of the engorged extra size. If you want the fastest gains for your PE efforts, I would refrain from masturbation and/or sex for at least an hour after a workout and try to retain most of the expanded state as DLD said .. cockring, jim's wrap, stretcher, hanger, combinations of those, etc.

[Modifier, ... if you wear the cockring the whole time .. after the workout, during sex, and after sex as well ... then you can probably retain the expanded state the entire time and disregard the above. Always keep an eye on your penis's color and any feelings of 'burning' or discomfort that doesn't seem right. If you encounter those, punch out of the culpable device immediately, do some massage to the tissues, and take a break. Never trust a device that doesn't have your direct observation and attention unless you have an immense amount of experience in predicting its effects.]

The other thing .. several hours (like five or six hours) after a workout you can apply some heat again without causing additional bleeding to the tissues and do some therapeutic massage of the base and shaft. Lightly. Lighter than jelquing, and again not so much that you get fully hard or come from it. This, along with the SRT advices, will speed your healing and across time speed your gains.

So far its been 3 weeks now of my routine, so far i can see god gains in girth but for length, I cant see any gain at all, after my stretching routine my dick shrinks back.

Do not allow it to shrink back! Get yourself and Uncle Jim's Strap and keep those length gains around as long as possible. This is at the heart of the SRT routine and this healing processes are found throughout the routine and make it the most powerful routine for that reason. If you have not visited the SRT routine please do yourself the favor and study and learn what it has to offer. It has made the difference for many men in gaining.

The uncle jims wrap is just a ace bandage like a wrap you would use for a sprained ankle
