I'm currently roughly 6.75 inches in length. I definitely want/need to get to 8.5" in length.
I've been doing pe for a while now. I've been a bit inconsistent. I might kill it hardcore for a month then taper off a bit after.
any killer length manual exercises i should incorporate into my routine.
which exercises target the ligs and the inner penis?

Hanging in BTC position. 4+ 20 min sets/day for 2 years. Add 10-15% of weight each week. Go.

SRT, basic stretches, jelqs, a-stretches, bundled stretches... emphasize rotaries and btc stretches in your routines...

My way of doing exactly that is in my top routine thread, link in my sig.
 
Mike what is a BTC? Im using the Bib Hanger and at 8 sets for 20 minutes, 5 lbs-- We chatted a few months back and I asked about hanging--
How is it going? or hanging? -- any new Length? what weight and sets are you up to if you don't mind me asking? are you getting any new gains?

BTC is "Between the Cheeks". I believe it involves sitting on it but I'm not exactly sure.

You lie down on something (I use a weight bench) and have your feet propped up on a higher surface (my bed). The weight hangs down between your ass cheeks, your shaft is parting your balls on either sides. This is the position you should hang in. If you hang 8 sets/day and increase the weight each week (small increments - half pound or so at this point) you will gain. I gained a 0.25" of permanent erect length from about 1.5 months of hanging BTC 6-8 sets/day.

In total, I hung 4 months, but the first 1.5 months was skin stretch and getting used to the weight. Then another month was cementing. I had to stop because it hurts my back (due to improper form - I was slouched over in a computer chair for that 4 months. Now I use a weight bench, a flat surface).

I plan to start up again once my back is completely healed. But I guarantee you if you warm up with a heating pad, keep the heating pad on your pelvis while you hang your sets, increase the weight each week and attach properly, you will gain. Also heat up between sets.

The main reason I stopped is because I feel my dick is pretty much big enough. In other words, the back pain I get from hanging isn't worth the gains, since I'm pretty good already. But for awhile I was really intent on gaining, regardless of back problems, and I did gain.

Now I'm using PGE1 injections for gains. I am not able to give any advice/results at this point.

Good for you for being able to hit up 8 sets/day. That used to take me all night after work, like 5 hours after the warm down etc. Oh, and make sure you are hanging 20 minute sets. No more, no less.

This is very motivating information ! I was doing the exact same thing, Hanging from a seated position-Thanks to your Tip! - I really think BTC hanging is gonna be where the ligs will get a good workout, I have used the Bib hanger and love it, it works very well, according to BIGGER-- he suggests we aim for max 12 sets, I am trying to figure when the slow increase of weight is to be added.. Is it after you hit 12 sets ? then every week move up a bit ? anyway-- I just wanted to say congrats for your gains, I also wanna say THANK YOU for your detailed reply and time to my question...

12 sets is ridiculous. That's like 8 hours of your day taken up hanging. If you're willing to do that, cool. But for me, I increased weight when I hit my maximum amount of sets in a day. Which was either 6 or 8. You add 1 set each week until you are at your max. But in your case, if you're already hanging 8 sets/day, I think you can probably move up a half pound or a pound and add another set in for the day. I say if you stick with 8 sets/day that is more than enough. Otherwise your whole day will be spent hanging weights.

Also, you want to be lying down when hanging BTC. Hanging BTC in the seated position is a different angle and not as effective.
 
I hung religiously for nearly 3 months at 4 sets a day 20 minutes. Then about a month ago I started only doing 2 sets a day of 20 minutes each. I have basically seen the same rate of length growth or even a faster rate of growth then when I used to spend more than double the time on it.

IMO the key to hanging is weight, not number of sets. As long as you are doing 1 set of 20 minutes every single day you just need to focus on increasing the weight. A lot of guys don't start seeing gains from hanging until they reach hanging around 15+ lbs. I am currently just under 20 lbs myself, and tbh if I was to hang 4 or more sets a day I would be in incredible pain.
 
Oh and FYI, to the OP, going hard for one month and then becoming inconsistent like you mentioned isn't going to do shit unless you are one of those super lucky quick gainers. In a span of 4 months I have missed maybe 5 days of Penis Enlargement at most and I have gained just over 1/2 inch. One month of hanging religiously at 4 or more sets a day got me about a 1/8 inch gain, which may actually have been from better erection quality.

Penis Enlargement is not a sprint, its a marathon.

Also, to Peforlife and OP, when you miss a day of hanging, your ligs repair and basically get stronger, which is the opposite of what you want. When they repair, you need heavier weight to deform the ligaments.

The goal of hanging is to get to a weight that causes fatigue within the first two sets, then milk that. The term is "riding the fatigue". You are basically micro-tearing the ligament tissue with the first two sets, then adding more stress to the tears with subsequent sets.

I agree that weight is really important, but I think if you are at a weight that is hitting fatigue, hanging more sets is going to benefit you. I would say 8 sets/day is probably the absolute maximum that is necessary to see gains and I would even argue that any more sets than that won't give you further gains, but it would have to be studied.

You definitely need to be consistent and be smart about it. Look at how successful kingsnake has been. He does more research than anyone and stays motivated. You gotta be like kingsnake.

I use the flat bench I have in my place lay on my bed -- Then put my legs on the flat bench. It really hits the ligs deep. I just started per your suggestion last night.
I notice that it will hit exactly.BTC like you said. It's a deeper stretch too!

hanging BTC 8 sets for 20 minutes, I have noticed that i had to shave pubes MANSCAPenis Enlargement on the Shaft--
I know skin is stretching...
Quick question Do you mount the Bib Hanger half way on your unit?
Im thinking that the further to the pelvis will allow you to get at more internal LIGS and TUNICA/
Am I off base?

Attaching the hanger closer towards your pelvis will stretch the skin - you want to attach close to the head. Start your wrap 1"-1.25" back from the ridge of your glans (penis head). Then attach 0.25" back from the beginning of your wrap. The hanger should be attached about 1.5" back from the coronal ridge (ridge of dick head).

When the hanger is on with weight, it will look like it is close to the head. Here's a picture of how it should look:

If you are attached properly, the hanger should be grasping the internals and should not slide very much with the skin.
