So, I've heard it said before that extenders cement gains..
So if I'm using the principles from SRT along with my extender, and hypothetically speaking, I go from let's say 6.0" NBPEL to 7.0" NBPEL in a matter of 6 months. After acquiring that length, would I still need to do some kind of cementing routine for a while after achieving that length? Or would this length have been cemented due to my extender use?
I know SRT states that using the extender heals the penis in an extended state after manual exercises, but I also see everyone all over the past threads say that it's best to aim for 0.5" above your goal in order to ensure that you keep the gains from your original goal. If the extender already cements the gains, then why would I need to still go 0.5" above my original goal with the extender? I really don't want to "accidentally" get another 0.5" cemented on top of my original goal. Do you see what I'm saying here? I've even seen it said that you should do the same routine you did for the same amount of time that it took to get to your goal in order to cement the gains.
The whole cementing thing is so confusing to me with all of the seemingly contradicting info out there.
Can anyone enlighten me on all of this?
I hope my questions make sense.
Thanks in advance.
