Love the time just would like to see you adjust how the time is spent and maybe include some other exercise that may even add to the time you are dedicated to. You will profit much more from your efforts if instead of going a full out 20 minutes in the
Bathmate, go for a shorter, 5 minute set that will promote much faster expansion and leave open the opportunity to take advantage of an agreed upon time limit where most of us find that an equal set of
Slow Squash Jelq's, Jelqs, (or the like) are used to take advantage of this state of the expansion where it is mainly tissue from pump expansion and at the point of fluid retention, or where men begin to take on more fluid than tissue expansion.. Some can go for 7, 8 even 10 minutes without retention of water but most are agreed upon the five minute set.
I think a little bit of history is important to understand how this methodology became part of most men's hytdro-pumping routine. When I first took on the
Bathmate I knew immediately that is was a very attractive tool that I could very well abuse and create girth (and length) in a temporary state, that was beyond an inch if extreme pumping was practiced. I knew, immediately that this type of "addiction" was the wrong direction for what
Matters of Size was trying to accomplish. Temporary gains are what we need, to a point, put bringing on water to further these efforts may return futile and cause problems like discoloration, thrombosis and definitely stretch marks from a rapid, inflated growth process and then the return to the normal size, after swelling is returned to normal.
To avoid any abuse of the pump, after I became aware of its power, I employed these shorter sets. It is very important to understand that not only was I trying to help men avoid an obsessive pitfall, but to truly take advantage of a state that was mostly present in the 5-7 minute area. The immediate jelqing set that follows is there to do some powerful stuff! At about 5 minutes the tissue is fully engorged and further pumping will only take on water BUT, if you stop at this point and go directly into a 5 minute jelqing session, it will disperse, equally, the expansion throughout the entire area, giving a balanced, equal and, MOST CERTAINLY, larger temporary size. This is important, as I said, to a point and this is where you will see that this 5 on 5 sequence, in sets of 3 is where most of us have seen the fastest POSSIBLE girth expansion by way of tissue versus water.

Your length portion looks good but I would like to see you take advantage of the post-emission state (after you have completed girth and worked out all edging and ballooning processes) when and if the orgasm happens, please get a chunk of stretching in directly after. You will find this state to be the most productive, malleable, stretchable state to create maximum length gains.
Also, do not be shy with the Kegels and perhaps the practice of Kegels and Reverse Kegels in you girth routine. Maybe get a 5 minute set of DLD Hardcore Stretches in too, very powerful for "Expressive Gains" or length gains from within the body.
