My LOT is now a low 6, and through my reading I've found that the chord running through my penis, which I've been trying to stretch, is actually a part of the tunica.

My question is how do I stretch this chord? It just doesn't seem like the bundled tunica stretches would be that much more effective for this. I've lowered my erection strength while jelqing, which has helped some, and I've been experimenting some with A stretches, but overall I just feel like I can't generate enough force to make a difference in it.

It seems like the only answer is fulcrum hanging, but I'm in college right now, and I don't have my own room. So stretching is all I have to work with right now.

Has anyone else had experience with this situation?
 
You can do fulcrum stretches using a piece of broomstick or something similar.

Well an A-stretch is essentially a fulcrum stretch. My problem is simply that I can't generate the force I need.
 
Maybe footlong stretches will give you enough power.
 
Ok, I've done more research on here and the chord is known as the septum. It appears to be the limiting factor for everyone at some point. So far there is no way to efficiently stretch the septum. The best progress was a bundled hanging program by PrinceAlbert which yielded 1/4" EL gains in 4 months. Let's get some people together, figure out how to stretch the septum, and change Penis Enlargement.

Essentially, stretching the septum will mean unlimited length gains.

Just got done with an intense length session. Lots of bundled Upwards regular and tunica stretches. I think bundled upwards stretches help target the septum in the inner penis as well. I have a soreness in my inner penis which I've never felt before.

I also had the same tight tunica and weakened erection that comes right after an overly heavy clamping session. My initial thought is that stretching the septum might be more dangerous than clamping. I'm going to monitor and watch out for injuries. I can't stop, though. I NEED 1.75" length gains... Do or Die.

The Septum can be stretched and we discussed this years ago, with an exercise that would stretch the tunica, ligs and all internal components, including the septum. I found, one morning in my bathroom (which I no longer have:D) that when I would wrap my flaccid penis around my scrotum I could get an incredible, internal, horizontal stretch. This no doubt benefitted septum stretch as with any dense tissue, a lateral stretch would increase the ability to forward stretch.

I called this exercise:
DLD Tunica Blasters
Massage your testicles to loosen your ball sack as much as possible. In a completely flaccid state take your penis and wrap it around your testicles. Now make this wrap tight enough to feel the horizontal stretch of the tunica. Hold this position wrapped to the right for 50 kegels. Now rewrap in the other direction and do 50 Kegels.

but then it dawned on me lateral and horizontal stretching could happen simultaneously if I twisted my flaccid penis first, before stretching it. This exercise, called DLD Bundled Blasters, allowed me to create two stretching directions with only one stretch (incredible!)

Here they are:
DLD Bundled Blasters
This is the master of length exercises. This intense exercise will bring you beyond any other stretching routine. It takes the Basic DLD Blaster and adds some traction moves that force new gains. Again, this should be done with extreme caution. In a completely flaccid state turn the penis to create a gentle corkscrew effect. Your penis is now in the Bundle state. From here you will be setting up an "A" stretch and performing DLD Blasters as normal.

Both of these exercises address all concerns around LOT and lig (or any other part of the penis) potential. So many guys get confused about what to train because of LOT Theory but that becomes easy when you cover all your bases. And what if LOT was inaccurate? Then, you, and your long dick, would be happy you did cover "all" the bases.
 
Good post DLD. I had morning wood and a few spontaneous erections today, so I'm not going to slow down after all. I think my erection suffered last night because I was depressed and only ate about 1200 calories.

As for stretching the septum... I know it has to be possible. I can't see how anyone has more than 1.5" of lig gains within them. Considering DLD and a few others gained 4", it has to be possible to stretch the septum at least 2.5". It's going to be a long haul, but I feel good today knowing that I can substantially pass my goals.

You cannot "max out" the ligs, the tunicae, etc. There's always a way to keep gaining. I also thinks it's part mental, but I think the LOT theory has a good part to do with it, <Still, it could be a coincidence that the direction you were pulling it that whole time just happend to be correct, vs. I was pulling it "hard" for so freegan long and then learned the LOT theory, changed my direction and wella!

That is the tricky part. We have so many layers of belief piled on top of each other that when something like "enlarging the penis" emerges it challenges every belief system we have. I have always been able to get what I desire as I have always believed I have had it before it happened and the physical progression followed suit.

We choose to limit ourselves and apply these "mental prisons" as no one is holding us back. If it has been done before then it can be done again. If we could get our heads around to strength of mind so many things would change. When you ask it, you would be amazed at the incredible of horrific things the mind can produce. Use your knowledge wisely!
