Five lbs isn't that much weight, and it could make all the difference :blush:! Just imagine if this is the key to getting your bones back would be awesome no?

That sounds like a decent plan, every other day for gaining while the other days are for healing. Smart move.

Yeah getting my EQ and my hang back will be a lot better. I know I'll get that 5 lbs back and than some just need to give myself time and not try to rush this. Heck I've only been hanging less than 2 months so I guess I have to look at how far I've already come and not beat myself up over 5 lbs.

I got my stuff for my pulley system set up. I haven't tried it yet (still resting) but I think it's going to work great. I'm looking forward to being able to hang in different angles.

1st set hung 15 min with 17 lbs to get back into it. 2nd and 3rd set hung 15 min each with 20 lbs. 3rd set was a little bit of a struggle. Had to stop after 5 min and readjust but was still able to get the 15 min in. Tomorrow I'm going to try my pulley system and hang at different angles. Does that sound alright to do by alternating days by hanging SD one day then the next hang different angles then repeat?
 
I like to get in all the angles I can. I do straight down first and then hit left and right for the last 5-10 minutes of a set. I'll do that on my second set and when I'm done I hit straight up manually. DLD recommends all angles for all length possibilities. I like that to but many people gained so much just doing straight down. It's just preference really and how much time you have. Never add to much and get flustered.

I do my way since hanging straight down first hits the ligs the best, after they are stretched and fatigued, I'll do the sides. I feel the base and inner penis being pulled out much better after my first set SD since the ligs won't hinder the pull. Priority is SD hanging to get the quickest gains. It can get boring but keeping your mind occupied is best. I watch TV or play Destiny or do something to keep my mind busy. My advice is keep doing what your doing until you don't gain. 3 months is best to make sure. Measure your BPFSL every 2 weeks or a month, that way you'll know if it's working or if you should increase intensity. If neither work after 3 months, time to change. Use cm instead of inches, easier to see gains.
 
Thanks runningignus. I think I'm going to try alternating days for a little bit to see how that works mostly due to having time. I hang in the morning before going to work and I'm already getting up at 4:30 and it takes most of that time to hang before I go to work to get 3 sets of 15 min each plus prep time and time in between sets to get blood circulating again so I think alternating days is my best chance to hit different angles. Here are a couple pictures of my pulley set up.

I hung 3 sets of 15 min each with 22 lbs on the pulley system. I actually felt like I could've done more weight in that position. It felt like a good stretch but just that I could've done more. Is it possible to hang heavier weight at different angles if so is that an indication that the angle that can handle more weight needs to be worked more?

Using a pulley system alleviates some of the weight. Google for the formula breakdown. You actually lose weight that's why it feels lighter. I just hook straight to a door jamb or my weight bench. If you can, add more weight then in that position. The rule of thumb for stretching is where you feel the most tug back or resistance is where you should apply the most work. That's why DLD says to hit all angles so as not to leave out any possibilities. Definitely try to get all angles, even if it's on different days. Make sure you stay extended as well. What do you use, ace wrap or do you have an extender?

I'm hoping to get a 20 lb plate this weekend. With what I have now will give me a total of 40 lbs.
I use a VLC with leg strap thru out the day. Usually get about 10 to 12 hrs with it. That's really all I can do while at work. Then at night I try and put on the SG with VLC mod for 3 or 4 hrs at highest tension with small breaks in between.
I'm hoping that I'm doing everything right to gain. I'll be real surprised if I don't and also very defeated. I'm starting to question if I'll ever get to my goal.
 
The goal isn't the problem, it's the fight to get there. We all have been there, I've been there 3 times lol. I've grown and become much stronger so this time I'm going to do it. If you don't think you can, your dick won't. It's mind over matter and when you mind, it matters. You'll definitely get length gains for sure with your routine and you're ADS set up. Give it time and you'll see. Just always takes time lol. I'm in the same boat with you and we're going to GAINS island brother.

I would say, with a different perspective, a change in attitude this could change. For me, in my mind, I have always never wanted the journey to end I did not want to make my final goals because I wanted to stay involved. PE for me is a huge part of my life and without it I would be very lonely and lost. I will never leave this Brotherhood!
 
Indeed. We stay because we're committed, we help because we care. I wish I had the time and energy to devote to PE as much as I can but life and work get in the way. If you weren't this committed, we wouldn't have MOS. There isn't enough thanks to return for what you've done for us. I like having goals so I don't just go through the motions of PE or life. I want to know I achieved something few ever get to. PE definitely is one of them. It takes a strong man like you to keep some of us grinding or pulling, whichever.

Thanks Runningignus. I really appreciate that you've kinda latched on to my thread here and given me a lot of advice and encouragement. Sometimes thru the frustration of things I lose a little focus. When we make it to GAINS island I definitely owe you a beer brother.
I also was going to ask you, earlier in this thread you told what you wrap with, can you explain how you wrap and if you're willing post a picture? That's the one thing I'm still struggling with and I'm starting to run out of ideas to make it better.

I hung SD 3 sets today 15 mins each. The first set I was able to hang with 22 lbs. The 2nd and 3rd I hung with 19.5 lbs. Overall a good work out.

Thanks for the praise. I just see that your the type who will continue his journey until he gets his goal. So many people just fall away. I'd accept a beer but after so many years, they all taste the same. Reason I drink every few months lol.
My wrapping is the same way as the video in the wrapping forum except I use soft, thick gauze first. Like this,

Then Ace wrap followed by a sweat band for wrists. If the magic box is free from the rascals, I'll throw some pics up.

What video are you referring to in the wrapping section? If it's ADF'S videos I've never been able to get them to play.
I think I'm seriously going to have to work on mine. I've noticed the last few days about a quarter inch on the tip of my head has been dark when I take my wrap off and then staying red pretty much all day. I always try and squeeze the glans while I'm wrapping but still getting purple. I don't know maybe that's a normal thing because of the weight but I think I'm putting to much pressure on the head. I strap back pretty far from the glans but because of the loose skin it makes it's way back to them. It doesn't matter how tight I get the LM either. Damn this learning curve.
I know. It'll be worth it though. :)

I know but how do I get it that tight without cutting off to much circulation? I thought I was tightening it pretty tight as it is. I really need to do a video so you all can see what I'm talking about. It's kinda hard to explain. The skin around my dick is like a frikin jacket. A loose jacket at that. I'm telling you, I've got very thin internal chambers unless I'm aroused or just hanging good. Especially in the morning it's worse. It's like the blood in my body goes everywhere else but there and they're like empty chambers. I've got plenty of extra skin though.
