I made me a weight hanger. A little bit better than what I was using (see previous photo). Cost less than $10 to make. I also got me some cable and fittings so I can get different angle stretching. I'll work on getting that set up this weekend when I have more time. I'll post a picture when I get it done. The nice thing about my hanger is it weighs about 2 lbs so I'm now hanging 22lbs. Didn't plan it just worked out that way.
Yesterday I hung 3 sets 15 min each at 20 lbs. Today hung 3 sets 15 min each at 22lbs.

That's an excellent DIY. Nice work. If you can find the studs in your wall, put an anchor where it's easily accessible to hook to. Hell, even the ceiling too, that way you get straight up as well. Then later you can put in a sex swing 😈. I used to put my strap in the door jamb but if somebody opened it, I'd have broken bones since my weight bench is right there and people wondering what's on my dick. Again, nice job along with the weight increase.
 
Think of the possibilities with those wall attachments haha. He could do double fulcrum, right and left or up and down at the same time.
 
I have those racks in my dungeon where i do abdominals like fifty cent in his video "in the club"
 
Shit, then you can hang from your dick like the monks. Leaning back while hanging gives a very good pull. I like it.
 
With the rack you probably need to do something like the guy on the left though. Or attach it someplace midway, and lay belly flat on the floor.

You two are crazy LMAO. I just have a simple eye bolt that I'm going to screw into the ceiling(hopefully if the wife will let me) with a cable. It'll be upstairs in our bedroom living room. It's where I do my hanging so I can watch TV while I hang cause let's be honest just standing there letting it hang gets a little boring. But yeah those wall hangers have a lot of possibilities.

Well the extra 2 lbs so soon took it's toll on me the last 2 days cause this morning I was to sore to hang the 22 lbs. I had to take off a 2.5 lb plate that dropped me to 19.5 lbs. Was only able to do 2 sets 15 in each at 19.5 lbs due to having to leave for work early. I'll try to get another set or 2 in tonight.
 
Did you wake up with a rager? I bet that felt painfully good no? Whenever I cross the boundaries I get really strong morning wood along with soreness

No I didn't and that's kinda bothered me the last little bit. I wonder if I have shot myself in the foot by jumping weight so quick. My EQ is suffering a bit. When I first started hanging I was getting boners for no reason but as I increased the weight that stopped and if I don't have it in an ADS it's retracting more. I can handle the weight ok as far as hanging it but everything else seems to be suffering. I've been wondering if I should cut back on the weight or just hold steady til all that I was experiencing before comes back. ?:(
 
Well the ragers are cause of increased blood flow to the micro tears, and I only ever get them If I go all fuckin crazy with the session. When I'm retracting more I don't have the best sessions like when I'm relaxed (when its relaxed your cock is better healed). I think you can do a light training day to see if you're not retracting as much the next, and you could be throwing light days whenever you predict you'll need them. This would give the tissues some space to heal up better, and have more potential to micro tear.

Yeah I'll try that. Maybe I just haven't given myself time to heal by throwing so much weight at it so soon even though it's been able to handle the hang just not able to heal as fast. I might try alternating days heavy one day light the next and see what that does

Love it and you are using the LengthMaster as a hanger, I do not think many guys know that this is possible in addition to everything else it does. Thanks for posting the pictures!

Today was kind of a disappointing day. I dropped my weight down to 17 lbs and go at it light today. Trying to see if alternating in light days will help with my EQ so I did 3 sets 15 min each at 17 lbs. Kinda sucks to have to drop down in weight but I want to go at this the right way.
