Well I'm going on vacation the 2nd full week in May so my plan was to allow that week to let everything recoup and measure when I get back but if it's not cheating, depending on how the Viagra works, I might take a peek before then.

Sounds like a good time for a deconditioning period. I bet you come back and see some pretty quick gains.

I'm hoping so cause even though I might be measuring I still have myself on a one year plan and maybe that time off will give me the push I need to get to my goal.
 
Well my pills from ADC are waiting at the house but I think I've lost my enthusiasm. I've spent most of the day reading up on Viagra on the Internet and I think I've about scared myself from taking them. A lot of messed up stories from side effects even from low dosages. Hell I just wanted something to keep me hard during sex and now I don't know if I'll even use it. Damn it!

Not a huge fan myself. You couldn't pay me to take them.

Well you have trained very hard and have definitely packed in hours of awesome PE so this break will be a good test on how your penis reacts to time off. For a lot of guys, on return from a break, see very quick gains. So this may give you some type of map to how time off can benefit your active training. Enjoy your time off!

This morning gave a whole new meaning to the rule "listen to your penis". I was a little more sore than usual, nothing bad just more sore and I could swear the little fellow looked up at me and with his little mouth said "please not today" so I listened and took the day off.

With the soreness better I hung 3 sets 15 min each with 19.5lbs.

Ahh, poor guy! Give him a break if he wants one, you are really hurting his feelings :)
 
Well I've got some catching up to do. Starting Saturday I've been trying something different. I've been wondering if what I'm doing is good or not. I think it's been discussed before but I don't really remember what the consensus was. Anyway I've been hanging sets of 10 min each but doing 4 sets instead of 3 and I also added 2.5 lbs because of the shorter sets. I actually hung 32lbs for 10 mins on Sunday because everything was feeling good and I just wanted to test the waters again. So here's been my hanging sessions since Saturday.
3/26/16
Hung 4 sets 10 min each with 22lbs.

3/27/16
Hung 3 sets 10 min each with 22lbs, hung 1 set for 10 min with 32lbs.

3/28/16
Hung 4 sets 10 min each with 22lbs.

3/29/16
Hung 4 sets 10 min each with 22lbs

3/30/16
Hung 4 sets 10 min each with 22lbs.

So everything is feeling good
I still have the "workout soreness" afterwards and throughout the day. So hopefully I'm still getting benefits from my new workout sessions.
 
Well, 40 minutes of hang time per day is still 40 minutes of hang time per day. If you feel better at this approach, go for it. I don't see anything wrong with it if it ends up working better for you.
 
I'm going to try it for a little bit and see how it goes. Wouldn't it be better if it allows me to hang more weight? I'm mean isn't that my goal to increase weight in order to stretch more? Also is 40 mins a day enough or should I try for more if time allows. Which is better, time over weight or weight over time?
 
I have done both methods and I personally feel you can gain with either. Most men though, just don't have the time to hang multiple sets per day.

Thanks Still. I'll stick with this method for now and see what happens. Right now it has been more comfortable so we'll see.

Also I noticed you and Dashdeming rarely used an ADS when you were hanging and still gained. I know there's a lot of argument that using an ADS is very beneficial and I believe to a point it is but I often wonder if the extra stress of wearing a device to stay extended hurts the overall process. You and Dashdeming have proven the other side of the debate.
The reason I bring this up is because for the last couple weeks I have not worn my VLC during the day due to skin irritation caused by the pressure point of attachment. It is something I have dealt with basically from the start of wearing it but just dealt with it, however it became more of an issue since I started hanging. I believe in part it was causing the discomfort I was having while hanging because since I quit using it these last couple weeks the discomfort I was feeling has gone away and all I feel now when I hang is the pull on the penis not skin irritation.
I know that it makes sense to stay elongated while healing and I don't dispute that. I just have to find a balance point some how between staying elongated during healing and keeping everything else comfortable and not irritated.
I know once I hit the 30lb + mark everything is going to have to be perfect in order for me to hang that kind of weight and everything will affect how much and long I can hang.
If nothing else I guess I should at least wrap after I hang or just wear my VLC for a few hours instead of all day. More learning, I love it :)
 
My main issue with extenders is they often tend to occupy too much of a guys time. They take 8-12 hours of daily wear time to see results based on the published studies. Keep in mind, these studies use men with Virgin penises and monitored/controlled conditions. They do work, but take much more time than other methods like hanging to see similar results. However, paired with an existing routine, an extender can be beneficial to overall results.
