Well I would say that I've noticed a very positive correlation between growth and "softness" if you will. Of course the serious answer would be:

Swing that shit at a bitches face and if it bends all the way around the back of her head upon contact, you know you're probably good.

I was watching a movie and I don't even realize I was stretching for like an hour atleast I mean I wasn't holding stretches for even maybe 30 seconds long but still stretching and keeping on my stretches as I watch the movie...

so i have an important question.. is there a minimum time that you have to hold the stretches? like 10-20-30 seconds? and does it really matter if you hold for less than 30 sometimes ? by that I mean will I not gain at all if I hold at a max intensity for less than 30 seconds at random times?

Yes of course, I wrote another reply after that one so please respond to that and this too..

I haven't been doing good BTC stretches because of the uncomfortableness and intensity level (it wasnt a problem before)..also, when I do BTC or sometimes very intense straight down stretch, when I pull down, I can feel something inside of my tummy (stomach maybe) is being pulled down...What does that tell me?
 
When it comes to stretching, it's very hard to overdo it.
Your skin or grip strength will tend to be the limiting factors. As long as you can, stretch with gusto. If you should actually "overstretch" by any palpable degree you will be the first to know, and I'll wager you'll be the first to know just when enough is enough.

Personally I don't use much of any kind of metrics at all, especially the clock; my philosophy on this is to use what your body tells you in order to self-limit your workouts based on the...oh let's call it the the fatigue-pain-feedback principle.
I'm a firm believer that your own body'll tell you when to drop the ol' lariat,cowboy. And until it does- keep twirlin' that rope.

Take a look at the anatomy charts here on MOS.
There's alot of vital and complicated plumbing involved in Penis Enlargement. The more familiar you are with it the more productive your workouts will probably be.

I have to agree with Maxameyes somewhat. As long as you are pulling at a good intensity and not to the point of pain, then you're good. I like to think of it as stretching my body. The longer I stretch, the limber I get. My minimum is 30 sec stretches. On certain ones I will go to 45 secs to 1 minute. Also, for an even better session, do reverse Kegels with your stretches to keep your ligs loose so you can pull more penis out. I find that I am temporarily .5- 1 longer erect after a session.
 
Then once you max your gains out from stretching with your hands for 2 minutes tops, you can start hanging and have a weight stretch out your penis and ligs for 20 minutes at a time.
 
Array, I sometimes feel bigger too after stretching sessions and MikeShlort if you noticed I been asking new questions...

Sounds like jelly, jelly is good

This jelly state of the penis, you can achieve it whenever you use the length master. My penis always ended up in the jelly state at the end of each length master session. Bundled stretches is what does it for me.
