Hi MOS,

I'm lagging behind in gains... Since I have my LM I have gained consistently but now I can't push beyond that 7.3" mark.... it's been 30 days now and I haven't gained anything. I'm now starting to think that I rushed into it. Way too enthousiastic lol.

I'm doing pre tunica bundle stretches 6-10 left and right and the newbie stretching routine.

What can I do to break the tunica further down? I want it to stretch easily so I can keep gaining steady! I'm thinking that my 7 to 8 inches journey will be a loooonggg and harddddd one. (No pun intended) :)

Any tips? Any advice is welcome!
 
just keep doing it. 30 days in PE is not that much unfortunately. especially if you have been doing this awhile.

Ain't that the truth! I am lucky if I manage 1/2" a year nowadays.

One month? id wait a couple of months till i have my first official measurement...

When I started the newbie routine I had to measure every month but now I need to measure every 2 or 3 months? It's really hard to gain from now on. I think i'm no longer be able to get newbie gains.

So within 6 months i'll be 8 inch?? :)

I'm at 7 7/8" at the moment, and I started at 6 1/2" years ago. So +1 3/8" give or take, mostly from extending and jelqs. My routine was always fairly moderate as I was not in a hurry to make gains. These days it's bathmate and I just picked up a phallosan to really rack up some hours extended, plus some manual work.
 
Agree with all, one month is not enough time to see any type of measurable gains unless they come as 'newbie gains'. What exactly is your workout so we can help there and see if you are getting everything ion you should.

My current workout is:

- Pre tunica bundled stretches
6 x 1 minute left
6 x 1 minute right

- Newbie routine

On weekends I usually do 10 x 1 minute left & right bundled stretching and some expressive stretches / shaft stretches when I have more time.

I warm up with infra red heating pad, and I keep it warm through workouts soo that's it. I don't have more time so I think I will just continue with this routine :) And i'll measure again in 2 months.

Or is it better to measure after every 6 months? How can I adjust my routine if I don't know when to adjust it? I know I have to be patient but still:) lolz
 
When you say Newbie Stretches do you mean using the LengthMaster?

I guess i'll just need to carry on with my routine :) I'm on the right track and i'll throw in some shaft rolls for the win:) I'll measure again in 2 months so that makes a total of 90 days with the length master. I'm wondering if there are any more ways to fatigue the tunica, with supplements or something. Or how to make it more elastic? Some men are just blessed with a very loose tunica which brings very fast gains. I have one tough tunica :(
 
Don't get discouraged, my tunica was as tough as a chain link fence lol! Just keep building intensity and/or duration of your routine gradually, and you will find the tipping point. It can take a while to get it dialed in, just be persistent and consistent.

How long did it take to gain from 6,5" to 7 7/8"? How many years? Have you been consistent? Or did you had some breaks? And for how long have you been using a length master? Did that speed up the gains?
 
It took about two years of fairly consistent extender use, but I was only managing about 4 hours a day in it. I was also pumping in the evening and doing manual work. Never missed more that a day or two a month.
 
Since you have a lengthmaster, at the end of your workout add 5 mins of expressive stretching! Also after you do your pre workout of bundles do 5 mins of DLD Blasters.There!, that's 10 mins more a day & measure in 3 months.👍This will get you "8+.

Do you mean DLD blasters with a bathmate? Or just the exercise itself with a length master. Is that a expressive strething exercise? How do I perform those DLD Blasters?
 
For expressive stretching with the LM; stick your whole package thru the lengthmaster hole, grab behind the scrotum, pull out and push down. The LM handles should be resting on your top thighs. Bend or squat down & feel the pull! I do 30 second holds, release for 10 seconds to get more grip & do 30 seconds again. It's important to visualize that when you regrip that you're pulling more inner penis out.
DLD Blasters I do the almost the same thing but I use the LM as a fulcrum. Stick your penis in the LM hole ahead of your scrotum and stretch downward. Gains!!!
