You're on the right track bro, try getting a progress log posted here too so the experts here can track along with you and help give advice when hit plateaus. It also helps keep you accountable for your routines and on track for your goals.
 
Hey and thanks for the responses. I am currently doing dld blasters, __________ stretch and just simple manual stretches. I don't have any equipment yet, I am planning to get some equipment eventually but for now I am just doing manual exercises.

I usually just do these exercises as long as I can. Could be 10 minutes to 2 hours at max.

I am using high intensity already but could maybe pull harder, somewhat hard to get good grip though.

You need a length master. You have exhausted your hand power. The length master will break the plateau, you will start gaining again.
