Hey guys.
I've suddenly stopped gaining at all. I am stucked at 6.5 inches and won't gain anything more.
I have been very consistent and had very high intensity workouts(mosly dld blasters). I understand that I have to increase the intensity more but it's pretty hard since I am already at my max capacity. Is there anything else that can get me going on the gains? Maybe some new length workout?

Our stretch is only as strong as our hands. There are things in this world that could rip your penis off of your body and send it to the moon, so intensity can always be increased. Are you using anything like a Length Master?

That's what NASA has been reduced to, after the closure of the Space Shuttle program...

The stretch you can impose is only as strong as your joints and your technique. It is tougher to place enough force on the penis once it gets to around the size you are at. It isn't impossible you have to switch your technique AND / OR get equipment.

if you post your routine and what equipment you've been using maybe we could give you a better answer dude
 
I've had the issue you're having. I recommend trying a different approach. Instead of intense, focus on light intensity for long periods of time. I personally just grip and extend fully. Not exhausting and after a while you feel it in your base and throughout the shaft. I've learned to not let my penis get used to one type of setting. Stalled at 7 and now peaking just the 7.25/ 7.5 range depending on EQ.

Hey bros now that im 7BPEL i wouldnt say that i havent gained but i started in mid 2008 that was a while ago,if i had gained the way i was supposed too maybe i wouldnt be 7,i would be between 8.5 maybe 9+in lenght n maybe 5.5+in girth...but there was a time when i got nothing evenso i kept going,whit the same routines when i was supposed to change them...:p

Well you know now that if a routine is not working for you then you should definitely change your routine. I think what you have been doing lately is definitely productive.

Actually the bathmate is the "magical" device is the one that keeps my dick happy along whit the ssj +stretchings.I kind of knew that i had to change my routine and move forward whit new stuff but i didnt, being a mad stubborn guy is not the best thing a man can be...being flexible is part of a succesful life...

Hey and thanks for the responses. I am currently doing dld blasters, __________ stretch and just simple manual stretches. I don't have any equipment yet, I am planning to get some equipment eventually but for now I am just doing manual exercises.

I usually just do these exercises as long as I can. Could be 10 minutes to 2 hours at max.

I am using high intensity already but could maybe pull harder, somewhat hard to get good grip though.

You actually need to keep forcing new adaptation. Suddenly reducing intensity does not do this.

Might be the thing to do, or consider hanging weights. It's controlled, easy to monitor and incrementally add weight.

Gotcha. The hanging approach is one I didn't think of. Only got about a quarter inch from hanging before I switched routines. Do you use any other methods or equipment?
 
Well in reality and in the long term hanging trumps stretching. You never really know how hard you're pulling with your hands and it gets boring.

You need to setup a training program. Like:

Manual stretches in all directions 30 sec x3
__________ stretches 30x 3

Etc etc

If you don't grow at all. It is probably because there is not enough tension. Or too much tension.

But as you have been growing and now don't grow anymore. It is most likely because of lack of intensity. But by having a workout scheduled you can now tweak stuff up like going from 30-45 secs or put another set on top of the others

This is important if you want to grow and the reason why a schedule is so important. It makes a map of where you have been which makes it easier to see where you are going.

I have yet to see anyone in the progress thread forum doing this correctly and not gaining.

It simply doesn't happen.
