Whats up guys. Im fuckin shocked. I havent really Penis Enlargemented in about 2 months due to recent events and just being busy. I've just been doin basic stretches and jelqs periodically for maintenance. Anyway I measured yesterday and my NBP has gone from a good 8.25" to 7.75". I'm scared to measure my girth im dont know if ive lost there too. I have no idea what happened. I started noticing my dick was getting smaller about a week ago. I don't know if this could be the cause of it, but i started taping in a attempt to FR about 2 weeks ago. I think i might have been pressing my head back into my shaft the way i taped, i rolled the skin over and could notice my head kinda descending but didnt think anything of it. I dont know what to do now. Im fuckin pissed, it seems like in a couple weeks, ive lost almost half of the gains i worked for for almost a year. Ive stopped taping now. If anyone has any idea what the hell happened or anyway to remedy this please LET ME KNOW.

i've always thought taping could push the knob back in rather than stretch the skin down.

but it could be anything, could be your diet, could be that you've measured wrong, could be because of drugs or alcohol if you've been heavily into that.

but 1/5" is a LOT to lose. so im guessing its probably a measuring problem or maybe taping can be a negative Penis Enlargement exercise.
 
Taping, in my opinion, is the opposite of stretching...instead of pulling or stretching the ligaments, you are pushing them back so they are not stretched obviously. How can this make your penis longer, by "pushing" the penis into the foreskin which is left from the circumcision, and keeping it there at great lengths of time (possibly 24 hours a day)? Sure, you could grow more skin, but that skin would be on the outside of the penis, or the foreskin, not tissue within the penis.

Maybe your erection wasnt 100%. I have had this problems many times, and when I realize it I have something else on my mind and I wouldnt be as hard as when I measured before. Also like shithead said about the drugs and such.
 
Hmm, would be hard to say if it was taping, you hadn't been doing it for very long and 1/2 an inch is quite a bit to lose. I'd wait a while, measure again, pretty much what Aares and Shithead said.

Why did you decide to get into FR, if you don't mind me asking?
 
Have you gained any weight? That will effect EL and certainly flaccid length. 1/2" is a big loss, so I don't know how else to explain it.

I agree with penguin on the weight possibility. I tend to loose or gain girth depending on what type of mood I am in. But the average measurement that I get which is 6 now is what I go with.
 
Taping might be the culprit but I'd like to know whether DiGenius has been doing his kegels or not. Erection quality does suffer a bit when not doing kegels (at least for me) and if you add in the anxiety of noticing you're smaller and the pressure of the actual measuring, you might be "in trouble".
 
havent been doing kegels, i need to tho, but its not an erection quality thing, i could feel it was a reallyg ood erection, my dick has just got smaller. i did a 10 min clamp session last night and it seemed to help out, maybe my dick just needs to be expanded to compensate for being crushed in. who knows
 
DiGenius, you probably measured right. There is a compression effect that comes along with taping for FR. It is pretty mild and easily remedied with just light jelqing and stretching a couple times a day. However, everyone is different and it might affect you more. I am using the tlc tugger now most of the day so I no longer have that problem. In fact, it seems to be making my flaccid larger! I do know that, if I tape all day long, my penis begins to feel a little "cramped" and "achey". Whenever you go to the bathroom, make sure you do some DLD style stretches and jelqs. I almost always pop when I do it, after cross taping, and it removes that achey feeling of being taped down. It will also get better as you continue and get more skin. You are probably being bound down really tight. The best thing is to use common sense and learn the signals your body is giving you. If it feels like it is too tight, loosen it up. If it feels cramped and achey, massage and stretch it. A couple clamping sessions a week is a good idea. The girth stretch will help loosen up the skin, too, as well as stretch out the penis. You may have a real lack of skin if it feels like you're being "crushed in". Maybe you should just do some manual skin stretching routines for a while before taping. I can't say anything for sure, but like I said, examine yourself and use your common sense to figure out what kind of routine you need for your goals.
 
Thanks kong, i really liked the potential benefits of FR, but i gotta find a way to do without losing what ive worked for for some time now. All i can say is thank God this is a normal thing and easily remedied.
 
Hey, I have a sincere interest in why men decide to get into FR at this point. As somebody who had freshly started and didn't seem to have a any problems he might be trying to correct with it, I was curious what drew him towards it. If I'm not even allowed to ask people about the topic then this is way out of hand.
 
I think its kegels and maybe the gains you had from before were not cemented in just yet.. just a thought, since you did clamp before.
 
That's a possibility. If the gains weren't cemented, and then you just quit doing Penis Enlargement, you could easily lose some of it. I have personally had no problem losing actual cemented size, but I have always done a combo of Penis Enlargement and FR. I have noticed that my girth tends to go up and down. Everybody's different, tho!

There are alot of different possibilities you can try to get FR benefits, if the cross taping is not right for you. If you just want the increased sensitivity, you can purchase a product called the manhood. It looks sili, but it can help you regain some sensitivity by eliminating irritation to the glans. It all depends on what your goals are. PM me and maybe we can come up with something for you!
 
I feel its either because the gains were temp and not cemented, or you havent had a 100% erection. This is why someguys do the Flaccid stretch when they measure to track gains. That in itself adjusts into erect gains in the months ahead. Dont let this get you down, get back into action and work work work for 7 months in a good routine. What you see than is what you'll get. Well, i got into FR for the promise of increased sensitivity and better erections. As for my gains being cemented, i believe they were, i had plateued in length for a couple months. My BPFSL is about the same as what it used to be. I believe it was just an effect of the compression of my dick and it should go away shortly. RED, I believe constriction is a very powerful tool. I was clamping for 25 min sessions for a couple months about 4-5 times a week earlier and my dick seemed to be hurt by it (it became increasingly harder to get a good erection) so now ive gone back to 10 minute sessions a few times a week, but i still have not found that magic key to gaining girth, (ive gained .25" in 11 months using many different routines/methods).
 
Some people can adjust to constrictor exercises really easy. Some people, like myself, have to break in slow. I can constrict now without the droopy dingle for a day or two afterwards, but it took me a month or so to get used to such a high level of engorgement.

PS-- How long were you doing FR and did you mark any increase in sensitivity? Just curious. I don't want to start a big debate. PM me with it if you want, as it can be a touchy subject, and some don't like the criticism and derision that FR claims draw.

But I would simply ask that you do use wise judgment and don't make another massive debate out of it, for the good of everyone here. Just post a link to other threads where DiGenius can read your assessments of the practice.

Okay well sounds like constriction aint for you.
Try manuel girth work in the futrure and see how that goes.
 
Well, there's a certain amount of experimentation involved with Penis Enlargement and FR. Everyone's tool is different, all the way down to microscopic levels. The key to making good gains is to try everything, and then go with what works best. You also have to be consistent. I have done FR, constrictors, pumping, hanging, manual stretches, jelqing, pretty much everything I have come across here for both size and skin growth...both to see if I like them (have to like something to be consistent) and to see if they work for me. Also, it's good to switch up just to keep things from getting too boring. I normally jelq and use my tlc tugger, but this morning I decided to constrict and cross tape. I was getting bored, and it also seemed like I wasn't making alot of progress lately. Hopefully, the switch-up will spur some new progress for me!
