If I'm starting with:

5.5 inches in length, how long will it take me to reach 8 inches?

4.5 inches in girth, how long will it take me ti reach 6 inches?
 
Nobody can tell you in what time you will gain, we are different, but also it depends on you bro, how much you are willing to put effort in this!
I suppose you are starting with DLD's Newbie Routine?
 
Yeah, I forgot about SRT, this is good program based on healing in expanded/elongated state, through cockrings and extenders, to read it is a MUST.

My routine will be quite advanced, actually. The newbie routine is only a part of it. I don't think I'll being doing girth work for a while since my schedule just sould not allow me to simultaneously work length and girth. I'll probably do pure length work until I reach my gains and then I'll focus on girth.

I don't have the details, but my length would be like:

- 5-10 min.warmup

- Pre DLD Blaster exhaustion

- 50 DLD Blasters

- The entire Newbie Stretching

- Mandigo stretches

- Erect stretching

- 5 min. warm down

I'll be doing many quick kegels a day and some stretching all the time, like when I'm in the bathroom, shower, or just have the opportunity. I also wear a cock ring when masturbating.

What I really like about your routine is that it includes the DLD Blasters! It is a FABULOUS exercise (especially because of its exhaustion principle) yet I see only a few people around it into their progress threads. Keep us informed on how your gaining is going! :)

PE takes time and patience....if you start setting time period then it can bring your EQ down if you dont gain in that time period...so keep pulling thats it and you will be there before you know it.
I lOOOVE your routine cuz it is EXACTLY like mine.....one thing missing only...rotary cranks and do them every 1-2 hours gaps after your workout also for faster gains.....
dont forget the Ace bandage wrap after your length workout for cementing gains and re wrap every 30 minutes:)
 
Yeah re wrap it every half hour, you can get your penis restricted from blood and get "cold" penis, that's not a good thing

i have wrapped without re wrap for 4-5 hours and not felt any cold, or disconnection of blood because the wrap was loose.......try peeing and see if there is any hinderance in that......if there is then it is wrapped tightly.
i stopped this wrapping for long periods also and 1/2-1 hour is still advisable as the penis needs fresh blood in those time intervals.....
 
I've started a month ago, and gained 1 cm. that actually promises 2 inches every half a year. But i'm quite sure i won't get 1 cm/per month. so it will take me a while (years) to get to my own goals.
But i hope you time everything write and get what you want!

the rate of gaining is it different for all men. You could gain everything you want in a year. For me I gained 2 inches in 6 months. The same gain to take others up to 2 years. The differences how progressive you are in intensity and how dedicated you are to you routines

In my opinion, PE is 70% willpower, determination etc. and 30% of work, maybe I am wrong, but that's how I see it.
 
Nobody can tell you hoe your body reacts to the routine just watch yourself stay contestant and try things out.

It doesn't matter how long it takes to reach your goal focus on the training itself enjoy it and be happy that there is an opportunity to maximise schlongs ;)
 
Yeah determination is key knowing what are we doing too definitely we can reach our goals PE everyday

True we got to be realistic,but in a 6 months period you could see great gains,i think following a good routine is key:)
 
set short term goals. and make a training log.

do periods of 3 months work with 1 workout. test and see what feels right what feels wrong and what what works.

take some beginners pics as they will be your testament when you have gains (as with bodybuilding you will always want more than you have. trust me there is 8 inched guys with the belief they have a small. so to be able to see the difference from start to now is extremely valuable)

and mate this is like everything else. some people hit the jackpot and get a boner in no time so big! that people travel across the seas to see this monument.

others fight for every little thing they can get.

it is all up to you. but remember the more dedication and time. the faster it goes.
