My routine will be quite advanced, actually. The
newbie routine is only a part of it. I don't think I'll being doing girth work for a while since my schedule just sould not allow me to simultaneously work length and girth. I'll probably do pure length work until I reach my gains and then I'll focus on girth.
I don't have the details, but my length would be like:
- 5-10 min.warmup
- Pre DLD Blaster exhaustion
- 50 DLD Blasters
- The entire Newbie Stretching
- Mandigo stretches
- Erect stretching
- 5 min. warm down
I'll be doing many quick kegels a day and some stretching all the time, like when I'm in the bathroom, shower, or just have the opportunity. I also wear a cock ring when masturbating.
